I was given the wrong vehicle. I had reserved a 9' cargo van and I was told that I was to get a 10' truck even though I received a U-Haul confirmation for a van. I took the truck anyway as I had no choice and it was my last day to move my items. Had to buy a lock for the truck which I wasn't expecting since I was supposed to get a van.

The agent we first encounter very nice When returning the van the agent Was rude didn't explain charges that came up he said I was being charged $10 for Gas I put the $11 in Gas myself so there shouldn't have been a $10 charge after all was done $100.71 was taken out my account I dont understand that at all

Employee was sarcastic, not helpful, and very direct in a negative way when explaining the processes to check in and return the vehicle. He had his AirPods in and was very not personable. The UHaul was needed, but as a first time customer, the experience was underwhelming.

Had I not called the Friday/Saturday before my scheduled move date to confirm the reservation, I would have not known that the cargo van I reserved was no longer available. The U-Haul customer service rep was very helpful and she located the van I ultimately rented at a local nearby. The location where I rented the cargo van was very good, no wait, van was ready, rental happened quickly and return was very easy. Gracias.

The associate at this location who helped us in the morning at pickup was the rudest, impatient and unprofessional we have ever met. We were respectfully trying to rent the truck and pads we had originally requested, but was met with an attitude with every question we asked. He was threatening to not give us the truck and wanted to charge us $1 to use the bathroom. He also purposely took 40 minutes to actually give us the keys and furniture pads- again with an attitude. This is not appropriate or professional behavior we expect from uhaul. We use uhauls often to move equipment and have always recommended to our friends, but after the service today we would definitely not recommend.

When I made reservation, I removed insurance coverage from my order. when I picked up my van, I also told Jeff at the location that I do not need insurance. But, after returning the van, Uhaul still charged me $25 for insurance coverage. I called Jeff to correct this mistake on my bill. But, no one took care of it. All they did was to ask me to call Uhaul myself even though it's their mistake to make errors on my contract.

Do not recommend! They charged me $44 for 7 gallons of gas that I did not use. I refilled the gas to more than I started with! And when I explained to the cashier and showed him the pictures, he said he would refund the money to my credit card, and of course he did not! He refused to update the contract or give me a new receipt. They did not respond at all to my emails and I had to contact U-haul to get a refund.

When I returned the vehicle, I wanted to take pictures, but the go told me to hurry up and not in a nice way. Then I couldn't take any other pictures. I was also not happy that I had to drive further to pick up and return the vehicle because something happened right at the time of my pick up time at the original location. I feel like I should be credited some mileage back.

Horrible, they try to charge you more at every point in the process. The entire experience was trying to avoid being slapped with more fees for breaking there little rules. I received the truck with about 1/8 a tank of gas and refilled it to the same line - you take pictures or the gas tank before and after. They later sent me a bill for 30$ in gas they said I did not refill it to there exact measurements which I have no idea how they determine this - I made sure it was at the line where it was when I received the truck. Completely ridiculous to charge 30$ because a drop of gas was missing. They want you to overfill the tank when you bring it back that's the only way to make sure you don't get hit with an extra bill. I will make sure to rent elsewhere in the future for myself and my business.

Let me start with, I give excellent reviews for the U-Haul service all the time even when there is a problem on either end!!!. ... this time it feels like that location is scheming people out of the extra $30 for service on top of the extra $5 per gallon convenience fee!!!. I was given a cargo van that look like it haven't been to a car wash and Lord knows how long. ... And a piece of the bumper front bumper was hanging off. ... mind you I saw 3-4 other cargo vans sitting outside the site; clean. I received the cargo van at 3/8 tank gas. I return it at 1/8, and was charged $29 on top of $30 For a van that wasn't even full to begin with OR Half Way full.

Cleanness is very important nowadays especially we're still in COVID-19 pandemic year of 2022 and still at very high dead rates, I'd make the reservation online the nigh before and showed up the next morning and was “on time” at the “Uhaul authorized dealer” location to pick up my van, but was none available, waited for 36 more minutes before someone happened to returning her van, the Uhaul's representative didn't even wipe down the van's steering wheel, he just handed me the van key didn't even walked out to check on the van, the van exterior was dusty, dirty and muddy and the interior was littered with small debris and full of sands in the back of the the van!!

The interior of the van can be cleaned more, especially under the steering wheel have way too much sands and small pieces of dirt, it just makes me think that the interior of the van has NOT been wipe down, and NOT been vacuuming , at the time of COVID-19 pandemic now, it's very concerning!!!

For one customer service, when I drop the vehicle off at 10:45 pm, I was treated very poorly. He spoke very nasty to me. He would not help answer no questions. When I pick up the rental around 5:30 the first guy was very nice. It I had drop the vehicle off to same person I picked the car up from m, I would have recommended that location. But after my experience, I will never rent from that place again m.
