John B.The ladies at the store were very polite and helpful they made the transaction smooth. I was especially impressed with the turn in of the truck, quick and pleasant. I have used u haul many times and this was the best experience for sure.

LISIONE D.The van was dirty and in need of a oil change. Also, I had to put in $18.00 of gas to go 24 miles round trip. That means someone prior did not fill the tank properly. Also, the 19.99 rental is vey miss leading. All said and done it was $41 and $18 for the gas. Very disappointed in the marketing deception.

Gary G.Lady was very rude not only to me but to the customer that was trying to return a truck. She lied and said her system was down. If your system was down then how where you able to dispatch my truck. The bed of the truck was not clean and swept. The dolly was broken but she gave it to me anyway. I did self check in because I did not want to deal with her again. Very poor customer service

Jasonp B.better training for rental agent , agent on duty could not explain the what the insurance was for or what was covered , only the amount , manager was called on the phone to explain insurance coverage which i accepted , was a terribly long wait time in line , agent worked store, sends money grams etc , offering multi services with only one agent working , long wait time
Jeffrey R.truck was not where it was supposed to be ... was 1.6 miles away ... no worker would drive me there, had to walk in 90-degree heat ... truck had three bottles of old water ... did not have the 6 furniture pads i had ordered ... was not given the lock i had been told would be given to me ... knob of manual windows kept coming off ... service light was on most of the trip ... and the sun visor continually fell down -- it could not be inserted into its receptacle when not in use -- and with about 500 miles left in my trip, it actually CAME OFF .... EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED ,,,,, and to top all this off, after i had gotten my belongings stored on West Lake Meade Boulevard, where Sharon, owner (?) was very helpful, i got an email saying that U-Haul was sorry to hear that I had canceled my storage with them --- WHAT CANCELATION ??? -- my stuff is still there !!!!!!
Philip C.This was suppsoed to be a no contact visit. It was far from that. truck wasn't cleaned but she did sweep it out. getting the key was a hassle. communication was poor. I was even told to go into the store to get the key. Store was not clean.

Michael E.I booked over a week in advance drove 3 hours to pick up a 15 ft truck and they only had a 10 footer so I had to leave furniture behind. Hugh loss for me then I returned it a day early and was charged a after hours fee. This was such a disaster. Very unhappy.

DEWAYNE M.Return was a complete nightmare. I returned the truck at 9pm(Sunday) I understand the location would be closed. Knowing this info I parked the truck in front of location to drop keys in box. The box had a huge note taped to it†No drops†I have proof photos upon request. I then called uhaul customer service. I assumed Due to covid 19 the wait time would be longer than usual. I waited 1 hr before Customer service answered. By this time I decided to drive the truck back to the west palm beach Location where I picked it up from. Maurice from customer service told me to drive back to the Port St. Lucie location to avoid extra fees. He also tried to contact and email the district manager at the location, both efforts returned void. Maurice said that he's notating the account, he apologized and we ended the call. Now that's 2 hrs!!! Drop off truck, waited for the location to open to return keys to attendant. This young lady who refused to give her name ( Haitian or Jamaican decent) would not accept the keys. She said we would need me to take the truck to another location she didn't want the truck there. After explaining to her the ordeal that I experienced. Her response was I can't take this truck. She stepped back, a gesture of not grabbing the keys. The keys was placed on the counter then exited the store. I hope this survey in no way damage the reputation of the pickup location. Really great service on Okeechobee Blvd
mona M.I don't like the fact that you get charged for every single Thing .. it's b.s. and I won't my $200 back! There's a crisis going on out here and you have the nerve to take so much money away from me and now my kids will starve. Have you no heart. It's gods Judgment day what side are you on.
Stephanie W.I made complaints about recieving a dirty and damaged vehicle when I arrived and they just shrugged. CHILDREN were running the business and they didn't have a clue. When I say children, I mean 15 and under. A teenage girl checked me in and a prepubescent boy walked me to the truck and handed me the keys. On my drive, a COCKROACH crawled from out of the passenger side door panel up the window. It returned to its hiding place when I screamed and nearly swerved. The truck was FILTHY when I picked it up and the kids just shrugged at me. The entire experience was unacceptable, and I will search for a rental truck company that actually tries to do good business next time I need a truck... No one, across the board seemed to care about the cockroach infestation and I HOPE they didnt nest in any of my personal items.

COTTO M.TRAINING...TRAINING...TRAINING...Tried to charge me for fuel saying I was on empty, had to tell her to turn the ignition on to get a fuel reading...very SLOW...truck not clean. After being a U-Haul Manager for 5 years this was unacceptable by my standards...TRAINING...TRAINING...TRAINING. U-HAUL HAS GOTTEN TO THE POINT WHERE THEY JUST WANT TO OPEN DEALERS WITH NO TRAINING.

I have to rent a truck again in less than 2 weeks and will find somewhere else to go even though the location is very convenient. Might even need to go to Penske. That was too much money for the type of service I got.
