Vivian RWe dropped off after hours. There is not a lot of room to park vehicles, and prior vehicles were parked too far apart from each other--using more space than necessary and limiting space for later vehicles. There just isn't really enough room.

James MThere was next to no gas in the vehicle. It showed nearly a quarter tank but as soon as I started driving, it dropped to the E. I didn't have a feel for the gas mileage so I ended up putting way more gas than necessary. About 50 bucks worth. It also bothers me that the previous renter probably got charged for not putting gas in it and then you didn't put any gas in it.

Mar ATruck not good for rent! the cabin is disgustingly dirty! smelled like shit! the emergency triangle was loose going from one side to the other inside the cabin!
RAMON ABetter website setup/reservation. I wasn't able to find my reservation online when I got to the pick up location and I had to call U-haul and spent half an hour to resolve it. Other than that the process was convenient and customer service was helpful both when I picked up the truck & returned it. There was an issue too when I returned it because it didn't register in their system when I returned it and I got an email for a 'late return' equipment. But, that one was resolved too thanks to the customer service specifically Mr. Rayburn. I would recommend U-haul and would use them again in the future if needed😊
Renato BI had zero trouble with this location. The team is very organized. The equipment are new and they are on-time. They won a customer buy doing the basics of serving what they sold. I'll do business with the Mission Road, Colma location again.

SHAWN MExplanation on the gas and where I can find out how any gallons I should purchase to satisfy the beginning gas level. The clerk at the Pacheco drop off gave some explantion but it was totally unclear and a day late given that I put much more gas in this huge truck than was necessary.

Ahmad OThe gas tank hose clamp was completely loose causing leaks when fueling. Apparently this is how people steal gas from the vans that are parked in the lot and it's very common. The vans need to be inspected prior handling them to a customer. It was very frustrating to find leaking gas when I have a fully loaded van already and I'm 100 miles from the pick-up spot.

Elijah JI’ve rented uhaul trucks before but this is the first time to pickup a truck without a person working the counter. There was a lock box that I spent 35 mins trying to access and make two calls to uhaul to figure out what to do to get the lock code to get the keys. In theory it sounds great but it really was a hassle. Other than that I was able to finally get the keys and then get the truck. When I returned the truck 6 hours later I had to make another call to figure out what I need to do to return the keys. If your phone coverage is not good then this becomes a really big problem. When I tried to access uhaul site and get a pin, I would get the pin code to verify and then it said my session expired. Not a good user experience. Next time I will find a place that has someone at the counter.

Shiva TVery helpful. We showed up with only 15 minutes left before they closed. My phone was dead so I was unable to check in the Uhaul from my phone. They allowed me to charge my phone, helped get an item boxed for shipment, and checked in our Uhaul for us. They also offered to stay a little late if needed while we waited for our Uber ride. Super helpful!

FELIX PJasmine was Amazing. So helpful when I was making reservation. Excellent location. The Uhaul instant chat service was so helpful when picking the truck. And the "How To Videos" were helpful with returning the truck. GREAT experience. I will most likely use the Uhaul 24/7 pickup and return service again.
