I have used 16 miles but didn't fill the gas but the agent charged 20$ for gallons I rent U-Haul frequently and I never rent again if you don't correct thisMallesh S.

I showed up at the time scheduled for my pickup and the building was locked. No one arrived for an hour and half. When I returned later to return the keys, the door was locked again and no one was there. This was at 3:30, when the stated hours were until 6:00. I was then charged for keeping it an extra day because I left the keys in the drop box.John W.
I had a great experience until the very end of the transaction. I found out that I was charged $10 for coverage, which I never ordered. So, I wasn't happy about that. I asked Louie to help and he said he would call U-Haul and see if they can reimburse me for the $10.00. But I still have not received the $10 back. That's the one issue I am not happy about.Andy W.

This was the most miserable check out experience. Start to finish was 45 minutes. I had trouble with safari. So I went to the door of the office and it was locked. I called customer service. Thankfully Caleb guided me through downloading the app. Then, I couldn't get the lock on the lock box to open. Caleb called the office. No one answered. I started banging on the door. Finally someone came out and said: yeah, that lock is hard. To top it all off, they didn't have the furniture dolly I had reserved. And the guy shrugged and said: we never have them.Bari E.
