The stupid uhaul app wouldn't let me enter mileage on my phone. I tried 7 or 8 times - definitely a glitch/bug, 0s (zeros) did not work. So .... I could not check in by mobile and you charged me an extra $20!!

Non issues at all. Easy and exactly what I expected.

The location seemed to have a lot going on. We never went inside. The person outside came and checked everything in. Overall - it took less than 10 minutes to return which was nice.

Horrible experience, I was greeted by a dog which I believe is highly unprofessional! The worker seemed high and very dirty. He was unconcerned with the miss-communicated information that he provided via phone.

First, let me state that we had called this specific location to ask about drop of hours and the manager who answered the phone was very helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, upon drop off, the staff member who was working was extremely unprofessional. When arriving, the office smelled strongly of marijuana. The staff member, a white male, age 25-30, light brown braided hair was clearly under the influence and did NOT provide even subpar customer service. He did not provide a greeting, upon walking outside to view drop off area, he blasted the outside speaker with techno music which didn't allow for clear or effective exchange of communication. Just plain rude. He then proceeded to tell me that this site wasn't where we were suppose to drop off the trailor despite our paperwork. That his boss would take care of it; unneeded information. He insinuated that we were an inconvenience. He asked us to park in front, then asked us to move, then asked us to move forward, then move the trailor backward and so on. All uneeded as we ultimately parked exactly were we were in the first place. He didn't even communicate that the drop off checklist was complete, he simply walked inside and blared the music again. I assumed we were done. Needless to say, it was VERY unprofessional and disappointing. The entire experience. This individual should not be working with customers or be representing the U-Haul brand. Ever. You'll lose buisness and also get a bad review. Again, the manager who we spoke with on the phone was helpful. It was just the evening staff that was TERRIBLE.
