Billie FavoriteThey need better signage to help you know where to put the truck when turning it in. They have multiple gates and the main entrance is on the street, different than where you can pull in so it's tough to know where to go. Other than that they made the process quick and easy. Could have been a little more by the book, but I guess I could of also.

I would rate the app as poor, obviously due to the technical difficulties, and the location and Will as outstanding. I wish I remembered the name of the guy who helped us - I'd give a shout out to him as well.

Christi CORNEILwe went 10.2 miles with the truck and was charged 55 miles. We did not record the speedometer before we left or returned but after coming back and him saying we went 55 miles we took our car and set the speedometer and went to our destination and back and it was 10.2 miles, going the exact same route as the rented truck. the windshield was dirty, and wife said there was sunflower seeds on the floor, and bugs smashed on the front of the hood when we rented the truck. wife said somebody used that truck before us and did not record the mileage.

Karl MillerWe asked for a convenient drop off when we intially rented. This was not...difficultly parking. Misled by original renting location as to how far we had to drive for the dropoff.
Sam Krameractually takes 3-5 days for money to be returned to your card after they charge it incorrectly. bounce fee from my bank of $30 because u guys didnt want to just charge the $88 i owed instead u charge for the whole thing at the end but daily while i had the trailer. calculate accurately so this doesnt happen again.

Susan HowardThe location for drop off was 14 miles away from our home. There was one only 9 miles away that is a actual uhaul. The place we took it to looked like a chop shop and not a actual uhaul. Asked for paperwork that we dropped it off on time and gas tank was full was told it would be emailed to us. Never got it had to call customer service and get one.
