actually takes 3-5 days for money to be returned to your card after they charge it incorrectly. bounce fee from my bank of $30 because u guys didnt want to just charge the $88 i owed instead u charge for the whole thing at the end but daily while i had the trailer. calculate accurately so this doesnt happen again.MATTHEW M.

The location for drop off was 14 miles away from our home. There was one only 9 miles away that is a actual uhaul. The place we took it to looked like a chop shop and not a actual uhaul. Asked for paperwork that we dropped it off on time and gas tank was full was told it would be emailed to us. Never got it had to call customer service and get one.RYCK D.

It was a subcontractor for U Haul. The staff was great he had trouble with the paperwork but it was the fault of the computer. He sorted it out and I was off. Truck ran well it was clean it was a nice trip.michael R.

Uhaul customer service has ridiculous wait times both online and through phone. I prefer to talk to somebody local if/when an issue arises. The location I was at had somebody text me and was my contact for everything. It was a great experience.Ashlee M.
