I never had an issue with the truck. However uhaul agreed to booking my truck at 9 am and this location is not open until 10 so I had to sit and wait. Losing an hour of my booked time. This location is a hands on rental not a pick up after hours location so you need to change you pick up times to reflect this in your booking process.Stephen L.

I was not at all happy with my experience. The pickup location is a dirty laundromat/convenience store. The guy behind the counter didn't speak English. I had to wait 15 mins for his daughter to show up and help. It took forever to check in. It took 45 mins from when I got to the store until when I got the keys. Dropping off was the same I had no idea what the guy was saying. When I got my invoice there are charges that I was not expecting. I have been charged for equipment I did not rent and I was charged for gas again which I had filled up already. I tried calling and sending an email to the contact on my invoice but I have not heard back.Maryam V.

Really hard to rent from here, I kept getting told to go online and wasn't able to get much help from the owner. His daughter did help and seemed capable but overall it took me a very long time to get this rental going. I'm also trying to find out why I'm being overcharged by the company but that has less to do with the place itself and more with uhaul as a whole. Your app is trash. Does not work, I had to call a rep and even she told me to just use the website. Does not notify people of "mobile" pick up. Booked for 9am, but laundromat not open until 10am. - pickup location is laundramat that did not open until 0900 Sat am & I requested 0800 pickup time & needed to do online pick-up w/ phone - no snow brush or ice scaper in vehicle- had to shovel 2ft high snow with my own shovel. The online check in process is completely useless and actually generates more effort than retrieving a car in person. Having to call Uhaul several times during the check in process, and then having the end result being that I have to enter the business to get the key completely renders the online process useless and is a waste of time.Sophie A.

I could not get the truck I wanted and I had to pt much more for a bigger truck and needed to go to a location farther away than the one close to where I needed it. The people at the location were fine.CALUMI M.
You say rent for less than $20.00 a day but with all the add ons the price is over $40.00 then you add in mileage. I ended up paying over $80.00 for using the truck for 4 hours. Not happy with the price at all. Stop saying rent for less than $20.00!!!!Robin B.

The text link to upload my DL would not work correctly. I tried 4 times. When I arrived at the location the self check in would not work at the first step : taking a selfie for i.d. That wouldn't work 3 times. Because it wouldn't upload I couldn't proceed further. Luckily the store was open and I got the uhaul by manual check in. I didn't trust the process to return it online after hours. So I made sure I returned it 2 hrs early while the store was still open. Your online process needs improvement. I assure you it was not an error on my part or a problem with my smartphone. I take pics and post them on different apps and chats every day. Thankfully the store staff were able to assist me.Steven R.

Great customer service, the truck is just what we needed. The only downside we had was it was rush hour by their location and it was hard to get on our way. Not a lot you can do about that but we still found that it ate a bit of our time. Thanks for everything!Matthew C.

The lady at the pick up place just kept saying 'I don't know what to do I don't know how to do' when we went to pick up the truck oh my god, what was that? It was unreal. She made several phone calls to everywhere and then she finally gave us the truck. The truck was fine but the service was horrible.
