When I went to pickup my truck it wasn't scheduled. So I had to call customer service and they transferred me to scheduling. The lady had to schedule it. The first truck she tried to put me in wasn't ready to rent. So she put me in another truck. Then Monday during the day I got a text saying my reservation had been canceled. The lady that helped me Sunday didn't witch trucks in my reservation so it didn't show me picking up the truck. So the issued a refund on Monday. So when I called to find the place to drop the truck off it didn't show me having a truck. So the lady I talked to on Monday didn't know how to fix it. So she made a action plan and sent it in. So when I got off work Tuesday I hadn't heard from them so I called them and I told them I didn't have the money to pay for it until I got the money put back in my account. So scheduling got it fixed but the person charged me anyway overdrafts my account.

Went to pickup my U-Haul that i reserved 5 days in advance. When i got to the location it was not equipped with the Dolly or Moving Blankets i requested and paid for. The location was not open and when I tried to get in touch with someone it took 2 1/2 hours of calling. Once i did finally get in touch with the manager of the location she informed me that they were closed for the day and that she couldn't help me get the items i needed for my move. I asked why they were not put in the truck like requested and she responded with "we must have forgot". So I was stuck moving heavy furniture without a dolly and without moving blankets. She was rude and very unprofessional. I asked for a refund and she said contact U-Haul 800 number and they can give you a refund. Like she really didn't care.

I returned a day early but after store hours. Store was closed for two more days so by the time they checked truck in, the said it was a day late and charged me for it. Also got charged for return after hours even though I was required to return by 10:30am and they don't open until 11am. I had no choice! Even returned the night before. Also was charged 50miles over even though I was actually about 50 miles under my allowed miles. Is all this in UHauls hopes that I won't look at my final receipt??!? What a rip off. Fortunately I called location and she was very nice to fix the THREE overcharges that UHaul attempted to take from me.

The Air Conditioner kept going off. And the parking break light wouldn't go off. It burned WAY to much gas. I rent from uhaul at least a few times a year always happy this time I was NOT.

Mobile check-in/out was awesome. We had a bit of trouble with trying to check the truck back in but U-haul was great. We secured the truck and when the company opened up Monday the finished checking the unit in and it was smooth and easy.

Code for the lock to the 20' truck that I had rented did not work and there was no one to help. Pick up time was 0700. Code did work on 16' truck and we were finally cleared to use that truck at 0900. So I had to pay an extra $60 for the movers to sit around. Then we had to make 2 trips. Made for a very stressful day. Manager at the site said she had trouble with the faulty lock the day before but didn't do anything about it. Overall a bad experience

This location needs to do an inventory of all items, to include dolly's and keys for vehicles. I rented a vehicle from 1500-1700. I waited an hour for a represented to figure out a combination lock to retrieve keys to a u-haul vehicle. The next day I was called and told I would be charge for a dolly that was never put in my vehicle. I assume they found the dolly and then attempted to charge me for another day because I brought back the vehicle at 1800.

After dropping off the truck I was charged $45. We called to see why and were told it was because we didn't mop the back of the truck. I swept everything before drop off as I always have went renting a truck. We have never had a charge for mopping and I can find nothing in drop off instructions about mopping. I think they were trying to just make a little more money.

The rental of the U-Haul was only $97, but when it was dropped off we were charged an additional $160? That is outrageous. $30 fuel fee? And $99 in gas charges to get it to the half a tank mark where it was when we got it? It still had a little under a quarter of a tank of gas still in it when it was dropped off. These charges are ridiculous

We had many problems with this rental. The questions on the survey focus on the location, but the location was not the problem. The whole Uhaul system failed. I scheduled two 26 foot trucks and hired a crew for our moving day. The first truck pick up went fine except that the three dollies I ordered were not in the trick. The second one was not so good. The truck was not available, so I had to get a different one. That took over an hour during which time I was paying a crew to stand around and wait for me. The second truck turned out to be a smaller truck, which means that I could not finish the job that day. If U-Haul wants to do what is right, they will reimburse me for the extra time that I paid a crew to stand around and give me another truck free to go back and finish the job. Really they should hire another crew to help finish because I can't do it by myself. If they're willing to do that I will still be out the extra time it took to wait for the truck plus the time to go back to the original location, a three hour round-trip.

The inside you can tell was not cleaned with anything because the stirring wheel was sticky and dirty. The keys were not where was supposed to be. The trunk needed to be maintenanced because did not run right and one of back up lights were out. It was not worth all the money I paid and I will not use this again.

The check in process was extremely slow. I lost 35 minutes of time due to delays of checking in. I do not typically experience delays in my upload speeds or other use on my phone. Signal indicated lte. I suspect it's a website speed/traffic problem. The process was extremely frustrating.

Dropped off at 1030 AM on a Thursday, no one was there. Then was charged an "after hour fee" for one of the two trailers though they were dropped off at the same time. Gas was put in at 3/4 a tank but was charged for gas. They said we left them dirty when we left them how we received them. Over charged and given even more fees. Will not be using U-Haul again.

Vehicle was not checked out before I picked it up. Tire pressure low according to dash info. Windshield water washer was empty and passenger floor was sticky from a spilled fluid. The employees were great! They were friendly and knew their business! This location seemed to be extremely busy! Perhaps more help is needed at certain times of the week?

We had a flat in lamar,Colorado and sat Corsicana and a half hours after contacting uhaul before someone came and changed the tire. My mother is 86 years old and has several health problems such as Ms heart condition and has to use a wheelchair. I lost a day of travel time, and was concerned for my mother's well being. When I called to uhaul to complain, I got the run around. I talked to5 different people and got no where. The rental place was great,but unable service center was the worst of all.. . I still had to pay for a full day of sitting on the side of the road and lost time.

Horrible work flow with the web and app. Highly non-intuitive and absolutely no support via phone, chat. Will NEVER rent via the self check-in / check-out experience again. The consultants that built out the process should be terminated immediately! Their failures killed my entire weekend timeline. The equipment, though, was perfect for my needs and performed as expected - which is the only reason I rated two stars vs a negative two plus stars!

Very personable and quick service at pick-up. Only thing you could improve would be to have a restroom available to customers. I was doing the pee-pee dance the whole time and had to drive ten minutes to find a gas station restroom after I left Uhaul. Theirs was out of order too, of course. Unnecessary stress, though everything worked out fine in the end.

This location saved my entire day. I had reserved a mobile pick up at a different location that was changed to an in store pick up without any communication to me from Uhaul. The location in question was closed on Sunday. Luckily we found Ideal Self Storage online and they got me in a truck. They completely saved my entire day.
