Truck was in poor condition. When I complained to Uhaul, she told me that i would get a phone call from a manager but it did not happen. Looking to hire a lawyer to sue uhaul over poor vehicle conditions and no response so it does not happen to anyone else. They put my health and my sons at risk with a engine cover that was not fastened down. There was engine exhaust that could have been in the cab. Took pictures and recorded reponses from Uhaul.

CHET EThe Uhaul here was poorly maintained. Had check engine light on when i first started it and squealed when you turned the wheel. Asked for a dolly, did not have a dolly. I did not use this equipment and was still charged for it as well as for a dolly which wasnt in the Uhaul. I will be disputing this charge
james bToo expensive for someone to move from short decedent city. I won't use you again. Too much expensive. And promised to give ne a discount never happened
Alexander ZIt was not the location fault, it was the online booking's fault. I made a 9:00am pick up time at a different location on line. I got a call from on line booking I needed to pick it up at a different location. I agree and I was sent a confirmation email to where to pick it up at and I could pick it up at 9:00am. I went there at 9:00am to find it did not open until 10.:00am. I tired to do the online check in, which I was not told I could do until I called the contact information on the front door of location, but the online check in did not work. So I had to come back at 10:00 am when they opened to get my truck. This put us behind getting to the location to load and I lost the helpers I had lined up to help us load. The prices of renting a U-Haul truck are high so because of your mistake it cost me more. This was the third truck we had rented from you since May of 2022. It may be the last if locations and correct times can't be meet.

michael PThe truck was fantastic. The location was terrible. We rented online and when we showed up, we waited 15 min in line only to be told the uhaul employee called in and the truck was not available. Thankfully, we were able to talk with someone very helpful online and they were able to send us BACK OVER and we picked up the truck. Uhaul did make it right but save yourself some heartache and rent from a better location.
Hailey CI was supposed to get a 20 ft for my move so therefore I had to make two trips I asked the guy to average for 30 miles he made me change my mind to 20 we went 29 miles and then he didn’t get the dolly that I asked for so I had to pick it up at the storage then when I went to the storage they were so disorganized I had to go to the office twice because both rooms that they rented me we’re both occupied then when I return the truck on Saturday the 20th I had to take it to the store but the young lady The young lady at the storage assured me that I could return my equipment there at the store and that I didn’t have to go back to Waco Drive and return the equipment when I tried to return the equipment on Saturday she refused to check it in and told me I would have to take it back where I got it I think this is a really smart way to bleed more money out of the consumer I was not happy with the service that I received and I have always used U-Haul before in the past
Maria MI am extremely upset at this experience. The first location we went to, the associate told us she gave our U Haul truck away to a WALK IN! Then she gives us the wrong address to the location and we find out when the 2nd location doesn't have our reservation. When we do get to the actual location where we are now getting a different truck, it turns out they don't have the dolley we need so we have to drive back to the 2nd location to get a dolley and then go back and get the truck. By then we had wasted close to 2 hours trying to get a truck causing a delay in our schedule. When we did return it, the associate at the drop off location told us they needed the truck today because they would be setting it up for the next person which made me wonder if y'all even allow walk-ins to take someone else's truck who reserved it!
Brittany FThe person put the trailer on for us and didn't do it very tight. We had to redo it when we got to our location of load. He also picked a different drop off location that I did not select to begin with. I had to contact the original drop off location and they contacted corporate to ensure I could take it there.

Seonghwan KGot a call 12 hours before picking up my uhaul telling me truck was not available at that location and I could pick up a truck 2 hours away the girl was ashley and was very rude and cx my rental and hung up on me she said looks like we cant agree on this so I'm gonna just cx your reservation never again will I use uhaul

susan hStaff was untrained and unable to complete rental paperwork. Took over an hour and a half with Uhaul rep on phone. Trailer was missing safety chains and tire strap was broken. Only trailer available so had to just accept it and make due.
NATE AHave this location make sure they're stocked with appropriate supplies. I requested half a dozen moving pads and they had zero when I arrived to pick up my rental.
CODY HTook over an hour to pick up equipment, only one person there that was trained to do U-Haul computer stuff and she had several people picking up and dropping off...she was very nice, but just crazy long wait!!
Sandra SPeople were very nice and helpful, but if the owners brother didn't just happen to be there I don't think anyone would have been able to show us how to secure our car on the tow dolly.
Tim RI pulled into the location and used the uhaul website to drop off the truck. It was very easy and convenient.
