Uhaul moved my pickup to this location, they didn't have a truck for me then when they found one it wasn't authorized for a one-way rental. Sat at the location for 90 minutes and eventually was given the truck without any paperwork, and told that it would get sent the next day. Also the pickup took so long (ended up being 3 hours after my reservation) that my helpers were no longer available and had to load the truck late at night by myself.
