Replace your computer system. It took over an half hour just to warm up. Then it wouldn't respond to commands by two different people.

We were called the morning of we were supposed to pick up truck at another location and told even though we had a reservation the truck was not available. We incurred more miles than we normally would have. I am still waiting for a call from the district manager. Terrible customer service. Not at this location though.

The lady we rented from was very knowledgeable and friendly. When we brought the uhaul back the next day that lady didn’t seem to know what she was doing at all but she was friendly enough.

The mail slot you use for night returns seems like a security risk I could put my hand in and reach every corner of the receiving basket. Neither you mail nor your vehicle keys are secured when they sit in that basket. I would consider lowering it so it can not be reached and maybe widening it so it still catches every thing if that becomes and issue.

The lady at the counter was super friendly. We chatted a bit as she got the keys/paperwork ready and then I was impressed when she remembered stuff from that conversation 3 hours later when I returned the vehicle. That showed me she actually cared about helping me out and I was grateful. When I showed up a minute before closing to return the vehicle, she kindly and calmly handled the return (I know I'd have been frustrated getting a load of paperwork right at closing time).

The agent on hand was extremely helpful after I discovered that my reservation time was12 hours off. She helped to get me into another vehicle and on my way with minimal disruption to my schedule. She made the entire process simple and easy and handled the problem professionally and quickly.

answer the phone when it rings, clean the bugs off the windscreen, fill the tank full up, send only one receipt, know what is going on with accounts when someone finally gets a hold of you, call back customers after you've told them you'll call them back.
