Nothing. The self check in was easy to follow

Absolutely wouldn't recommend the pick up location to anyone. Boarded up windows and very sketchy place. Drop off location was fine.

We had to wait a hour and and a half to get the truck. Rental person was late. He charged me double the price. I feel cheated.

Have key for the assigned truck available. Online it automatically switched me to a different truck but didn't show the new truck when I dropped off. Better pick up times. Why not between 3 and 8 only after 8 was available.

I arrived to drop off truck. Walked in store person working the office smoking didn't allow me to approach to close and just stated to leave keys in box outside. I asked if there was some kind of paper work or something we needed to do and he said nope just leave keys in lock box.

Had to make two trips because the gate was locked and no one was there. There are "for rent" signs in the window so we thought it was abandoned. On the second trip there was a guy there but he refused to come out and assist. The place is a garbage strewn pig sty in a rough neighborhood.

The smell of cat urine was overwhelming. I had to step out of the door to proceed with checking in. I am shocked any business could exists with this type of environment. It was actually unhealthy. I ordered a large number of blankets, but he only had six. I ordered two dollies, he had none. I had to drive to a different location to pick up those items. In addition, my air conditioner did not work so I sweat my butt off the entire trip. I won't be using Uhaul again, that's for sure.

was open all day, i tried tp drop off from 10:30am to 12:30pm and no one was there and now this location added a extra day in charges($60.00) at 8:05pm when they decided to check it in

This was the WORST experience. I booked online for a pick up time of 4:45 on Saturday 5/8 and got a call that day that I needed to be there by 3:00 because they were leaving for the day by then. I was in a different state at the time and they finally agreed to come back and meet me at a later time so I could pick up the trailer that day. I was to return it Monday 5/10 at 4:45. I was there at that time to return and they were not at the location. I called them and they told me "nope sorry we aren't there you will need to take it to a different location" she was VERY rude. That isn't right as I chose to return it to that location so I wasn't charged extra for returning it to a different location. I then did reach out to roadside service/customer service and they said "sorry you will have to pay out of pocket if you want someone to come help you unload it". I then tried to call this dealer again by phone and she didn't answer my phone call. I then called the next closet location which was the U-Haul at Westway and they said that wasn't right and they called this ICT Auto Sales dealer and they were also VERY rude to him. Note that they answered the phone call for a different number and not mine. We finally were able to go to the Uhaul at Westway where they helped unload and were so very kind to us. This whole process took 2 hours! WE WASTED 2 hours trying to just return this trailer! DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!!

The inside of the truck was full of trash and disgusting, the guy who was there was not helpful. I will NEVER use this location ever again.

I had to wait an hour past my reservation but it's during a pandemic so I can't complain to much.

Bed of truck hadn't been swept out with a broom at time of pick-up. No u-haul furniture dolly or furniture pads were available, though were a part of my order. However, the manager at ICT did procure these items for me from a secondary source. He went above and beyond to see to my needs.

Reserved rental online. Got to original location and they had no knowledge of rental. Trailer was blocked in by cars with no keys and could not access trailer called and got another location to get a trailer. Was given the wrong address and then had to call again to get corrext address. Was told a person was there waiting to help me get loaded up. Showed up and had to wait 15 minutes for owner to show up to get me connected. Had to redo my rental agreement with them and finally got the trailer and on my way. Very poor communication between corporate and rental locations

Extremely friendly and very quick. Came out to make sure everything was ready and working. I would definitely call them first the next time a need a truck.
