HIDEYA SAGAWAI chose the contactless pickup and the app indicated the keys were in the back of the truck. After several minutes of looking turns out I still had to get the keys from the person in the front desk. App is useless. I turn the truck on and it’s practically empty. I return the truck with almost half a tank and I get charged a fuel fee? Makes no sense. Reached out via email and haven’t heard back. Definitely scamming their customers.

Marcus AlexanderAssure that everything is ready to go for the customer. Nothing was ready, no one was there working. Had to wait over an hour and still got charged for 2 days. Horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to rent from that location.
NYEISHA ALEXANDERthey didn't finish my drop-off at the time I left the van there. Instead, it took them 2 days to do so and that caused an error which they charged me extra miles for my rental. This happened because it took them 2 days to finalize the process, so I believe they used somebody's else miles when they took care of my rental. This made me spent time on the phone in order to solve this problem.

Latyanna ShorterI had a previous reservation at another location. I showed up an hour and a half after I scheduled to pick up the truck to find out they gave my truck away. I rented the truck for 24 hours and nowhere did it say If I wasn’t there by a certain time they would release my truck. I was not notified of this either and didn’t find out until I was there to pick it up. I assumed since I had a reservation for the entire day, that I could pick up my truck when it was convenient for me. I had to get a smaller truck and make more trips.

I had to go to another uhaul to get the dollies I reserved and it shouldn’t have let me reserve those if they didn’t have them. Moving is stressful enough without having to go to another location to get the tools we needed to move
Patricia MuldrowVehicle was not clean or in good condition. It had damage to the roof that I did not see until I got the truck home and I had to repair it with flex tape to keep water from getting in. Also the A/C worked intermittently and we had issues with the loading ramp working smoothly.

William StevensInside of truck was filthy...old french fries, smears, etc. Although told that for transcontinental rentals, 'newer equipment' was typically provided, the van we had had >108,000 mi and towards the end evidenced transmission issues. Unclear why cruise control is not available to aid in maintaining safer travel instead of fighting a gas pedal for 2200 miles.

Karl LeonardGuy at the desk told us he would extend our rental a day later for free as long as we dropped it off at 3 PM; was still charged for the extra day and charged for the fuel when it was given to us at a half empty tank. Would be helpful, and would have had no issue with the extra day charge if they hadn’t lied about no extra charge and they picked up the phone every once in a while. I had spent a good couple of hours trying to call to extend and was given the run around and transferred a lot.
Felix Hernandez IIWhen I reserved the truck I also reserved a appliance dolly was told truck was not available at first location which was fine rental was transfered to another location when I arrived to p/u my equipment was told this location had no dollies available so I had to p/u the truck at one location then go to another location to get a dolly very inconvenient then do the same when finished or be charged extra for the rental
William RedingI reserved 2 dollies a month in advanced and they didn’t have them available. The lady at the counter was not professional at all and needed a lot more training on how to do her job. The truck was dirty on the inside.

Matthew TezykThis location has a very bad propane smell to it when walking in, Im not sure how the lady at the counter did not smell it? It was very nauseating even for me that works with heavy equipment. Thats all I could think about while in this location. I also informed her about the truck mirror needing to be fixed and not receiving the blankets I paid for. She did not seem intersested in hearing about it? Again I paid for equipment I did not receive and use and she did not credit my account. I dont care if it is only $10 that is theft.
DAVID DANNERPlease list the hours of operation for a location. This location was not able to release the equipment when needed. It put me 5 Hours behind schedule.
VIVIAN MCKELVEYI had a very hard time returning the vehicle. It charged me for gas, when I put in the information into the computer showing I did fill the truck up. The company did correct the error after call them.
