We added gas the truck and still got charged extra for gas. It would have been helpful for them to verify at drop off that there was the proper amount of gas in the truck. Especially since the gas station was next door.TYRONE H.

There was no drop box and the lot was not well lit. The directions on the cell phone link said to drop keys in the box. We looked for 10 minutes before asking the cashier at the AM/PM and they said to leave keys with them at the counter. We reluctantly left them, but directions should tell you to leave keys at AM/PM CASHIER.ANNA P.

The issue I have is not with the location but the fact that U-Haul changed my drop-off location with insufficient warning, without providing any reason, and without providing any alternative locations. I did not know that the old location could not accept my return (despite having a reservation) until I arrived. Driving to the new location created a 15-mile detour in the wrong direction for me, messed up my ride to the airport, created unnecessary stress, and almost caused me to miss my plane. U-Haul should do better.KEVIN C.

We were supposed to pick up the truck via ride share and the keys were n it able to be located. We had to wait until the next morning to pick up in person but the location was hot open when they said they would be. The wrong key was left (when the attendants the night before they had no knowledge of keys) and we had to wait another hour for the correct keys to arrive. We had to pay movers for 2 hours of sitting around because we couldn't get the keys the night before and then we had to wait an extra hour the next day. There needs to be a lock box for the ride share keys.Britnie H.
