Keep up the friendlyness and great customer service.

The store attendant that helped me was very informative, and helped me by recommending me a place to fix my wires that were damaged to connect to uhual trailer for my trip. Overall she was great, and answered all my questions. We made it safe to Florida, and I want to thank her so much for everything she did.

Could never get into facility after hours or on weekends. Gate did not work.phone was not ever reachable went to fax number. Called local police and sheriff dept...no one had a phone number to them.. worthless...told ladie in office about problems, it continued to be a problem

Your computer system is a joke it takes to long my driver's license information is floating around the country

The young red-headed woman couldn't answer my questions about 24 hour drop off, had trouble finding the drop-off location( I had to give her the address to find the only one in the town we were headed to), had me walk out to figure out which truck was the parked in front ready to go because she didn't want to go out in the cold, and I had to request her put on her mask when we first arrived that she had in her car. I wish I would have gone with Penske.

I just wish that you all don't charge for every little things. Like dolly, blankets, straps. I think it will be better if the price is higher but including some items.

Check the gas gauge and the bed for cleanliness BEFORE YOU LEAVE the parking lot! I made the reservation and my husband picked up the truck. When I got the text to check those two things before leaving, he had already left and was on the road. The gauge was just below 3/4 and there was dirt and rust on the bed floor. It was too late to do anything about either item at that point...let alone get him to stop and do both when he was on his way.

Nothing, everything was good and I was well taken care of.

Everything was fine until we unloaded and the box spring and mattress was wet because of a leak!!! It had rained overnight and we found this the next day when we unloaded! Nothing was taken off of our bill and I was furious when my husband came home!!

Have all the equipment people reserved. Also have the equipment clean. Futher more not have the customer drag the trailer to hook up for his rental. Have the equipment accessible or someone there to hook up trailer

Clean your vehicles before rental and check the fuses!!!!

The worker was fantastic. It was all down hill from there. We spent 30 minutes downloading. The drivers license. Worker had no equipment to do it for us. Poor system. Called to complain was told it's a safety measure not to let worker know your information. Was alright that he had to reenter our credit card info! The he changed it so we could return to any U-Haul in Temple TX. Tried. Wanted to charge 40.00 tools it to listed return place. Dirty no help. Waited 30 minutes to do a simple drop off. Will never!!!! Use U-Haul again.

Nick has excellent customer service skills. Nick walked us thru the Uhaul storage rental process, he made the drop off of the van we rented easy and answered all of our questions.

The employer was great. Able to assist me and answered my questions. Wish there was more lighting near the storages area in the back.

I had to wait over 30 minutes when checking. The worker had no clue how to do it. My last truck load was after hours and I was unable to get into the gate because my code wasn?t entered.

The locking mechanism of the storage units need need to be more than just a padlock and the units need lighting.

Staff was very nice and informative. Her directions were very clear and understandable on what I needed to do. The day after I dropped off the truck another U-Haul company called and asked where their truck was. He was clearly upset and informed me that I had missed the drop off and they charge for this. I don't know what happened but I did not appreciate his attitude during the call.

Network computer problems at this end too! When you need a trailer or truck, time is of the essence! It's really discouraging to waste so much time at both ends waiting for network problems and U-haul software to work properly.

I turned the truck in after using it for 6 hours of a 24 hour rental. Uhaul sent me extra charges of $58 for an extra days usuage. Is this the way you rip off customers? I'll look into some other company from now on!

It`s a good facility. However, I went with uhaul becuse they had the first month rent free It was suppose to be 47 dollars but somebow It ended up being like 87 dollars yall are advertising lies

Great customer service.

Pick up customer service was great. I would recommend to the customers not to smoke inside the vehicles,I'm a nonsmokers and the truck smelled like smoke. It was obvious the previous renter was a smoker. Plus there were aches by the drivers seat and door.
