David S.My original pick up sight was Winfield Texas. The gentleman was very rude and refused to help me with anything. When I said to him†excuse me but I am not being rude to you please do not be rude to me†, he told me to get out of his store and that he would not rent to me. I have never experienced such rudeness in my precious state of Texas!!!!! He is a poor representative for your UHAUL business. I then called the sweet lady in sulfur springs. She apologized that I had had to deal with that gentleman and said that she had a truck for me to rent. She was very kind and helpful.
