Susan C.Have the truck fueled up to 100%. I picked it up on reserve 13% full. And I'm not topping off the 30 gallon fuel tank on my dime when uhaul charges 6$ a gallon and a fee if I forget to do so. The 15 foot truck did NOT have a back up camera. Like it's 2022 and a big truck, a back up camera would be nice.

Overall, U-Haul needs some serious training in customer service and professionalism. My experience was completely unacceptable. My family will 100% not be returning to use this “serviceâ€.

Yvonne T.It took me nearly 2 1/2 hours to get my phone number changed in the system after I rented online. I was transferred multiple times, hung up on and overall was very upset. I spoke with several people who couldn't understand why I was not allowed to pick up my unit. The app associated my old number and it was a nightmare. Finally someone listened and was able to correct it. My use was cut short by storms, had I been able to get my unit earlier, everything would have been fine. Now I have to rent another truck and it probably won't be through you.

Mario C.Make sure the inside is clean with the seats being wiped down and a clean windshield to see out of. There were bugs roaming around the inside and lastly…not everyone is a smoker and whom ever rented before us used the arm rests as an ashtray, it smelled like an ashtray. The Uhaul was dirty when we rented it and I bet they try to charge me because I didn't clean up their mess!
Jeffrey B.It was a very easy pick-up experience! My only comment is that some of the dashboard surfaces had what looked like sticky old coffee in the drink holder and the van seating smelled a little smoky. Once the vehicle was aired out, it was great!
Kaitlyn B.I would have liked a refund of some amount for turning the vehicle in 3 days early. U-haul has the opportunity to re-rent the vehicle 3 days sooner because I brought the vehicle in sooner than the 5 days I was allotted. Had I kept the vehicle until that fifth day, U-Haul would not have been able to make that sale to another customer. Had I kept the vehicle for more days, I would have been charged $40/day. This is my reasoning for asking why I wasn't afforded a small refund for turning my rental in 3 days early.

Rene D.This has nothing to do with the location but everything to do with the company itself. This is the second time using uhaul and both times have been horrible. We have not been able to rent the truck we requested and even though a free upgrade is nice sometimes the truck is just too big for what is needed. This needs to be addressed as a company. I was upgraded on this rental which would be great except I didn't need a 26' truck so we chose to downgrade to a 15' truck with no mention of reimbursement for the over charges of the truck. Then I call and am told the rates have gone up in the past 4 days and what I paid is what it currently costs? Total bullshit. I will never recommend uhaul to anyone and will be moving with a different company from here on out.
