Great location, almost never busy. Check in/out run smoothly; courteous and thoughtful staff. Truck was filthy inside the cab, but 137k+ miles. Still, dash and floor should be cleaned after each use.

Got charged a fuel fee after going 26 miles. I put 8.00 worth of gas I the vehicle and still got hit with a fuel charge....fix this and it was a good experience. If not just another rip off. I normally wouldn't complain about 16.00 but when you try to do the right thing and it gets ignored it bothers me.

Inez LimaService was excellent however there was something very wrong with the truck. On the return trip to your facility, the truck began bucking forward and back. It did so quite severely, such that I had to pull off 3 times in under 10 miles. If I was driving for any length of time, I would have contacted you for assistance.

Susan CookHave the truck fueled up to 100%. I picked it up on reserve 13% full. And I’m not topping off the 30 gallon fuel tank on my dime when uhaul charges 6$ a gallon and a fee if I forget to do so. The 15 foot truck did NOT have a back up camera. Like it’s 2022 and a big truck, a back up camera would be nice.

Overall, U-Haul needs some serious training in customer service and professionalism. My experience was completely unacceptable. My family will 100% not be returning to use this “service”.

Yvonne Troisi-MorganIt took me nearly 2 1/2 hours to get my phone number changed in the system after I rented online. I was transferred multiple times, hung up on and overall was very upset. I spoke with several people who couldn’t understand why I was not allowed to pick up my unit. The app associated my old number and it was a nightmare. Finally someone listened and was able to correct it. My use was cut short by storms, had I been able to get my unit earlier, everything would have been fine. Now I have to rent another truck and it probably won’t be through you.

Larry HukriedeThe experience was average. The location didn’t open until 10:00 and even with people waiting outside the employees didn’t open a minute early. They were slow to process the order and made a few mistakes taking even longer than needed. But the equipment was fine.
