When I went to return the trailer on Monday the facility was not open? Had to call a # and told to check out on line and just leave the trailer - went by 3 days later the trailer had not been moved in to the fence. When we booked we were contacted. 3 times on time to pick up - it was a bother

My equipment was apparently not checked in when I dropped it off and I had to make a visit and several phone calls to straighten it out

I dropped the truck off on a Sunday, no one was around. The worst part was the fact of me returning the truck and to my drop off location, when I was on the phone with the 1-800-gouhaul help desk. The person helping me wanted me to download an App or go on the internet and do everything on my own instead of taking 5 minutes and explain how I was supposed to complete my drop off.

I had several issues and now my bill is higher than it should be and no resolve to date. I originally ordered a 26ft truck and the day before I moved it was changed to a 15ft truck. I was offered 2 days at no additional cost and 60 free additional miles. Now my bill is 50 dollars more than it was origionally supposed to be. I called customer service and he didn't help. I would not rent from Uhaul again as this was a mess on top of the moving stress.

Several people said the hitch was too low it should’ve been turned upside down to raise it up ?? I wouldn’t know because that was the first time I rented a trailer. Everything worked out fine no problems .

I called costumer service because the store would not answere they extended my drop off time with no charge to the account. Dropped it off after hours and noted from the service rep. Next day charged for a full day rental amount with out even using the next day do not use this location!

The ubolt on the leaf spring of the trailer was broken. It may have been hard to notice given the gravel lot and the trailer not being perfectly flat on pavement. I didn't notice it until I backed it in my driveway and it didn't have enough ground clearence. I rent these trailers most every weekend. I just knew something was off. Upon further inspection is when I noticed the problem. The location was great about exchanging the unit for a differant trailer.

The trailer was so dirty and the chains were covered in black oil. I ruined a new pair of grey levi's and a nice shirt hooking and unhooking chains to move the trailer. The trailer had no brakes, the chamber for brake fluid was empty. I put a can of fluid in the chamber but it was empty by the time I dropped off the trailer. The guy who rented the trailer after we went clear back hoping to get a different trailer due to this one being so nasty and no brakes said it did not have brakes and the master cylinder was for break away brakes. I stopped by a shop in Seattle and they said it was supposed to have brakes, I called u-haul and they were of no help, referred me to roadside break down and I stayed on the line for nearly 20 minutes when I was then disconnected. I had to travel through Seattle traffic then over a twisty windy road with a trailer with no brakes. I think the guy who hooked this trailer up was not a good representative of the u-haul company. Let me leave with a trailer that obviously unsafe.

The location is a little difficult to find. The main problem is a lack of communication between the call center and the service center.. The representative was cordial and friendly but there were a few issues. I was quoted the wrong price on the phone at the call center. The store had the wrong equipment ready. I had wanted to rent a furniture dolly at the location but they did not have one even though it was listed on my request. I got lucky and they had the kind of trailer that I had actually thought that I had reserved. I had to spend an hour and a half traveling time to find a furniture dolly at the last minute. My overall experience was not good.

Everything went smooth and according to plan. The only complaint would be that I had reserved a dolly for $7 a day. I got charged $14 but there was no dolly in the trailer. I called the outfit where I rented it on Monday and they said it won't be processed until today but they should refund the $14. I still don't know if they have and won't until I see what they charged my card.

3/24/2018 Except for the weather the rental experience was great. A very clean 20' foot truck and the cost came out to what I expected. @ 91 miles at $1.49 a mile plus rental fee $39.95 and a rental tax of $20.27 and I took out the $14.00 insurance coverage since I wasn't driving total $211.41. Thank You Jamie I give you a 5 star ***** Jim from Marysville

When we arrived to pick-up the truck, the office was closed. I had a voicemail from the Jamie, the man in the office, saying he left his keys at home and had to go get them. He said he would be back in about 45 minutes. So we left and came back. He called again at that time saying he was on his way, but still 30 minutes away. I had to ask my help who was meeting me to load the truck, to come later. Because of this, he wasn't able to help me unload it. I tried hiring other help, but couldn't get any last-minute. So I was stuck unloading the truck myself. I understand people make mistakes, but this mistake caused me a lot of unnecessary pain and stress. The truck was also littered with scraps of paper and the fuel was lower than quoted on the agreement. I won't be renting from this place again.

The first vendor had a trailer with tail light issues, a Chevron station. The young lady worked hard for an hour to find a replacement. That new location was a reasonable distance for pickup, everything worked plus the tires were much better.

Make sure that all the fluids in the engine compartment are full and not leaking. Then go over the vehicle with the customer and point out any mishaps present so the customer is not later blamed for them later. The pull a truck this old from service. It was a disaster waiting to happen obviously.
