Location was awesome the guy was super helpful! The truck itself was nice but the storage area leaked so bad! I rented this for a customer of mine to store his things while I did work in his garage and after a week of rain we opened it up and all of his belongings were soaked… the roof had a terrible leak and I mean terrible. U-Haul so far has not done anything for me as far as reimbursement for my customers. They claim the truck is not waterproof, I get the door being water resistant but the roof should definitely be waterproof. GALLONS OF WATER!

The Trump paraphernalia and "MAGA" caps posted everywhere is not very inviting and is not a place I would frequent again. I'll drive 50 miles out of my way in the future rather than visit that dark, dank office again.

Jeff and the staff at I4MiniStorage are absolutely amazing! I had to store my car there for a few months while I moved to the other side of the country. Jeff and staff made that process so smooth and easy for me. Very responsive, prompt, and helpful. Highly recommended. 10/10.

I called to make sure I knew how to drop off the truck on Sunday, when the facility was closed. He was very clear and helpful. He noted that he routes calls to his phone when the facility is closed to monitor for issues. That goes above-and-beyond.

I-4 Mini Storage is great! The U-Haul online check-in and registration is overwhelming and time-consuming. The extent of the information that you require to rent a simple trailer and all of the up-selling of products and services is excessive.

I was given a 1 1/2hr delay for my pick up. No one called or said anything. I left messaged and received a text return. The ETA was essentially way longer than the guy spoke. No inconvenience offers ir anything. Completely unprofessional and poor service.

The person who took care of me at pick up was extremely helpful & professional!!! Also - when I called said location to reconfirm my reservation - the person who answered was pleasant and welcoming- the willingness to be of service and help was above the beyond what we don’t see much of these days! I would recommend this location!!

The whole experience with U-Haul was very very trying. First I reserved this trailer around the 10th I called the day before to make sure everything was okay and what size trailer ball I needed he said the trailer you're getting will accept the 2 and 5/16 ball which is what I had on my truck at the time and I said great. I got there the morning of the 20th to pick up the trailer at 8:00 and was told the trailer was broke and they did not have one at that location. I was then sent to another location a marina which I said outside of for about an hour I could see the front and the back and the fenced in area and there was no trailer around. I called and then I was sent to another location on Hickman drive. I filled all my paperwork there and then getting ready to hook up to the trailer was told it would not accept a 2-5/16 ball that I had to have a two inch ball so then I had to leave that location and go look to buy a 2-in ball somewhere for when I called them before I headed to this location to verify it the day before I had a 2-inch ball available for me I didn't bring it cuz I was told I didn't need it now to go back and get that ball was a 40 mile trip so I went to Walmart and had to spend another $30 to get a 2 inch ball. The problem was we had a deadline we were to meet other people at 9:00 to go as a group to this location up north in Florida. Well the group waited until 10:00 and they left we didn't get on the road until around 11:00 so we had plans and places to stop and see along the way which we could not do now since we were late leaving and had to do our best to try to catch up with the group. Now several weeks later I get noticed there was some tolls not paid or picked up I have a transponder in my truck for all tolls I don't know why it didn't pick it up but it didn't now it's some $14 and some odd sense I would think U-Haul to make a somewhat a dissatisfied customer happy would pay those tolls as a good gesture for the experience I had on getting the trailer. Jeff the manager is one of the most energetic people I've ever worked with. Seriously went the extra mile to make sure I got the trailer I wanted and helped me install everything. That guy should represent the company.

When I made the original reservation, the website would not accept my chosen drop off point. This was the nearest alternative. When I got there they did not want to accept the truck, but when I told them about the pick up problems, they did finally accept the truck. 3 Pick up locations & 2 drop off locations is rediculous

I did not move out. I moved my trailer to a spot with easier in/out access when it became available. I-4 Mini Storage is an outstanding facility in all respects and I am highly satisfied with the services and customer support from the staff.

Guys were extremely helpful in loading car on trailer and minimizing damage. Super helpful in general and highly recommend. Truck was clean. Truck was extremely uncomfortable and suspension and steering needs maintenance. Steering had a ton of play and constantly pulled left or right at random. Felt like was off roading suspension was so bad. Otherwise no issues with truck. Noticed speedometer was not accurate when using GPS.

Unfortunately, the lights did not work on the first trailer I was assigned. Despite being after business hours, I-4 Mini Storage management worked with me to get another trailer with good lights. Their efforts and good attitude went well above expected.

Make sure the equipment you requested to be in vehicle, is actually in the vehicle before you close the office. I paid for a furniture dolly that wasn't in truck. Made moving my furniture harder on me...I got injured moving it without one.
