I had real trouble when trying to return the vehicle. 1.) The online vehicle return setup did NOT work. i tried multiple times to login and complete the process, but was told on all four attempts that the permissions were not working (despite folliowing the directions and confirming that all was as it should have been.) 2.) Worse still, I had managed to finish early, and was looking forward to a partial refund as a result. While I did make a time-stamped video of the drop-off, I suspect that I will have problems in trying to recover this money. Do not misunderstand: the local vendor was polite and courteous - and I have no complaints (except perhaps for his closing very early.) The app needs to run smoother, as it would not let me load a photo when I returned the van. I was told this was due to heaver than normal traffic, but it is the end of summer when people are moving, this shouldn't happen. You need to fix your app, it was painful experience trying to check in to get the cargo van.. I had to go in and have the guy in the office to help me.. he was okay but your app check SUCKSâ€¦ fix it otherwise do not offer it!!!Miguel F.

Was unable to just use my phone - had to go inside vehicle was not ready. The vehicle smelled exactly like a dumpster and probably was never cleaned. Vehicle in bad shape but driveable. Ability to return vehicle parking wise was terrible. Attendant was very nice though!MASON S.

They charged me an extra $157.36 for no reason at all. I'm so disappointed. The truck was dirty. I had to clean it. There was a cigarette lighter in it and good particles in it when I got it. Yuck. The gasoline level was also very low. Around 28 gallons. The uhaul pickup location has no signs and just says Mercedes repair or something. So confusing.Kulbir Singh A.

The pickup was difficult. I had called the day before to confirm and reschedule one hour later (rescheduled for 1pm instead of noon, and it was confirmed by the person on the phone). Next day I get a phone call around 12:30 telling me the location is closing soon due to weather, which was odd because it was just normal rain. I clarified that I had rescheduled to 1pm. Anyway. I had to rush there. The person at the desk was quite difficult to communicate with and the whole experience was inconvenient and unpleasant unfortunately.Aseel H.
