If a customer reserves a rental for the next day . He should not have to go pick up at another location if he is not familiar with the city.

I always rent from this location , it's close to my house.
The guy working the desk was real nice but the Uhaul truck we were given had a dead battery. Then we had to call the service number on the rental agreement to get it fixed. Then waited an hour to get a new battery. You ‘d figure they'd give us a working truck.
I really don't think there was a ways to make my customer experience better at that location. Dealing with Luiz was quite possibly one of the best customer interactions I've ever had. 10 thumbs up!

The young man that received the return of the trailer was very kind and considerate. Very clean and organized storage location. Internet note: This "return" location in Pharr, Tx did NOT pop up at the checkout location in Edmond, Ok. It only saw Hidalgo and North Pharr as return locations. This one (2802 S Cage Blvd, Pharr, TX 78577) was much closer to me.
From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. I had reserved a truck the day before and the man at the front desk didn't take longer than 5 minutes to process my information and hand over the keys. Will recommend this location to others for sure.
When I purchase the uhual bos the attendant did not tell me I needed the receipt to get my cash back. So now I'm stuck with 4 boxes I dont need.

Excellent customer service and the truck was in great condition. Truck was fairly easy to drive and did not experience any problems on my trip. Returning the truck was hassle free. I will recommend Uhaul to friends if they need to move. Lastly, Uhaul us affordable.

Exceptional service
We just moved our storage units to this location today. Picked up of the Uhaul truck (clean & ready on time), ease of moving our stuff into the unit & return of Uhaul was very easy & quick. We are sorry to be moving from our older Uhaul Storage units but this is less than 1/4 mile from our home & have been made to feel at home already!! Thank you

We rented a 26' truck and auto transport for a 1700 mile move from Texas to Wisconsin. When I picked them up, I was never asked if I was familiar with the equipment or shown how to properly operate/load the trailer; fortunately I've used them before. The truck was far from clean; there was a chicken wing bone in plain sight in one of the storage cubbies on the dashboard, the cupholders had clearly not been cleaned of whatever liquid and tobacco was spilled in them, there was trash behind the seats, and the inside of the windshield was extremely dirty, making it very difficult to see after dark. My passenger had to ride without a seat belt on the first day of our trip, as the seat belt buckles for the center and passenger seats were nowhere to be found; it wasn't until the second day that I was able to locate them and push them up through the seat, after lying on my back to practically crawl under the seat to do so. The ride in the truck was horrible; I've rented U-Haul trucks before, and while I understand they aren't going to ride like a Cadillac, this one was far worse than any other I have driven.
Great Service
I rented a furniture dolly when submitting the online order but when I arrived to the office, I was informed I would not be able to rent it because " the computer wasn't letting it go in." I tried to rent 2 other moving items instead but the employee said none of them would go through. All of these items were in the office at the time and I found it ridiculous that it could not be noted instead or done some other way. I was counting on those supplies since the furniture was very heavy. I ended up renting furniture mats because it was the only item that " would go through." It was listed in your contract as " furniture dolly. " The situation was handled very poorly.
Very helpful friendly and just amazing location overall. The gentleman that handled my contract was superb!
