GPS does not bring you to the correct location.

First of all, the address had TWO LOCATIONS ON GPS. Never seen that before in my life. Second, the second location showed it was located in an undeveloped area of the forest where nobody lived, that was actually miles from where it was actually located. The location was COMPLETELY UNKNOWN TO UHAUL EMPLOYEES! You stopped using a location, but the address stayed the same, and Google maps will take you to the old location, and when calling your customer service, they also think that old location was the drop off. I wasted gas, life, and miles on your trash drop off procedure and will never use you're trash service ever again. This drop off was the most backwards, stupid experience I've ever had using any service ever. Renting a Uhaul is an overall terrible experience that I wish on no person. I felt like I was renting a truck from a bunch of crackheads with trust issues. If you are reading this, use a competitor's service, because Uhaul is too far mentally gone for normal people. It took almost 30min to obtain the truck,( sitting in the parking lot going through the procedure just to get the keys for the truck) and took over an hour just to go through dropping the truck off (I sat on the phone for over 30min with customer service to just find the correct location). The stress level of this experience was a 7 out of 10. I Will never go through it again. I'd rather buy a box truck, and go through the hassle of reselling it the next day.

Had a hard time checking out the truck. My phone would not connect with Uhaul.com, at least not right next to the building. I also won't rent a 10-foot truck ever again. I'm 6'1" and there was no way I could drive it safely. The seat was way too close to the dash. The passenger seat wasn't much better. We had to have my wife drive. She's 5'3".

The lady was awesome! She came in early and waited for me..I went to the address on Google maps..it was wrong so I was about 30mins late to pick up..then had an issue with my card..she just laughed right along with me! Very nice lady and very helpful!

6x12 enclosed trailer worked great, except they should have a tounge jack. Hard to lift trailer up onto the ball hitch.

Dropped before they opened. Called the next day to make sure there were no problems at checking. Amy told me no problems. Then I received an email with additional charges for check in and cleaning. The cleaning was apparently a single empty soda bottle under the seat; that cost me $25. Also an additional charge for early check in...go figure. I received no pics or documentation, just an invoice. When I tried to get answers from both the local dealer and Uhaul themselves, everyone just blamed the other. The equipment was great, the people were rude, short, and had zero customer service. Will Not use either location again; and will definitely look for a Uhaul alternative.

the equipment was froze to the ground. once the customer service lady had it freed from the ground she hooked it to our truck and we were on our way. we didn't realize the straps to hold our car on the car dolly were froze up so we had a lot of trying to thaw them with nothing more than our bear hands. luckily with all the delays due to frozen equipment I got the job done and wasn't late dripping it back off.

The number was covered up by snow that did not just come down. I'm lucky I had a very long scraper. The door padlock was also no easy to use.
