The website didn’t say that this was a 24 hour pick up so I got there because it said they were open. They were not. I had to call to find out that I had to go through the whole app registration process. Then after going through everything I find out that this is a “in town only” rental. So I had to move my stuff from lenior city to Knoxville then instead of dropping it off in Knoxville I had to drive it all the way back then drive all the way back to Knoxville afterwards. It’s ridiculous. Between the mileage charge and gas, it screwed me over.

Two issues: 1). There was damage to the truck that wasn’t in the photos of the truck or evident by the application of the decals used by U-Haul. I was able to document the damage via the App. 2) There area to return the truck wasn’t readily observable. There was a sign that indicated the truck should be returned at a different location but I couldn’t find it. I simply returned it from where I originally checked it out from.

No one was there we are old and don’t know how to use cell phones to order took us over 2 hours trying we were out of our town and felt so uncomfortable 😣

Above average for location proximity to my house but the drive / parking was a bit tough to navigate in a big vehicle.
