I had $16.30 left on my account which I didnt know because I paid before I picked up the rental vehicle. You never phoned me or left a message I have A PHONE # number on my account. You emailed me what look like a paid invoice never stated that there was an outstanding balance. Then after 3-4 months you sent it to a collector which added another $30 what bullshit is that.....I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN I AM DONE WITH YOU GUYS.

Bob at UHAUL (Huron Tire) was amazing!! He was so professional, and looked after everything! He answered all our questions, helped and assisted with the pick up and return. Because of Bob, I'd recommend UHaul anytime.

Trailer lights were not working properly. The staff showed me nothing about the trailer.i fixed lights myself . No real concern about this when I brought it back. Trailer was not ready when I came to get it .maintenance man was working on it. I reserved it prior to the day of picking it up so it tells me nothing was checked after being dropped off from last customer.

the agents are superb. always welcoming and polite and helpful. but I'm terribly upset with uhaul the company, and it's policies. when a person is proactive and makes sure they book enough time days wise, and mileage to make sure everything is covered in chance of breakdowns etc. why should the client forfeit the unused miles and extra days to uhaul. why isn't there a refund for unused days and extra miles not used. the rates are already exorbitant, that doing an out of town move is already taxing and stressful enough, without feeling robbed by large companies. this is our second necessary move using uhaul, and we've spent in excess of $5000.00 rental fees. only to be not allowed a refund for unused miles and days. i truly feel there should be further thought put into your policy thank you in advance ..... The required car hauler trailer was in first class operating condition. I have used many trailers in my work over the years and I can say I would rather pay to rent a U-Haul than to roll the dice on every my own trailer. Very happy with the equipment and the people. I am already planning to use this equipment again. Very happy.

Back was dirty had to sweep out before loading my stuff

The afterhours pickup process itself was extremely frustrating and took an hour. It would be great if you told people ahead of time that they must use Chrome, that certain settings must be on, and that your app does not work with anything other than an iPhone. We had to call and wait on hold for over 20 mins until we finally got someone who told us this. It was bad enough that our pickup location was changed to one an hour away from our home...the day before the pickup, but having to spend another hour going through the online app was brutal. Also why let us choose our pickup and drop off locations if you just end up changing them? Again very frustrating.

Customer service was great. Truck has rusty debris in the back that wasnt swept off prior, and cab was dusty and dirty which was blamed on me when I returned it. And i was charged $25 for someone else's mess! What a joke
