They were so helpful, taking the time to explain the operation of everything.

Not over charge me for fraudulent miles put a promissory note with charges I never incurred and then Refuse to fix it. Even after I give pictures of the mileage. Plus not get the truck on time from the place and be promised $50.00 back for the promise broken. Utter disappointment. Legal counsel will be contacted

Because of the crappy maintenance done to the truck and poor cleaning I slip and fell from the truck and couldn't return the truck on time because I was un mobilize for 2 days unable to walk or break well. Now they are charging me $145 even when I called them and let them know what happened, worst company ever!

I was charged for two days instead of one when I had the truck for less than 24 hours. I was supposed to pick up the truck at 11 am and was on time, but didn't get out of there until almost 12 noon because the guy was a talker. When returning the truck at 1030 am, the place wasn't even open. So we had to leave the keys in the after hours. They charged me for two days and have to "look into it" to get me a refund.

Make sure that the place is open when a reservation is made especially if they are made a month in advance. Very unhappy with the service I received.

I was emailed that the equipment was overdue when I had returned it on time. No one has yet notified me that the equipment was properly returned. I would like to know that this ordeal is over.
