Everything worked out perfect. Loved that I could drop off after hours.

No they were closed on the Saturday that I picked up unit. So I couldn't resolve the issue that they didn't put a utility dolly in truck. Also they didn't try and contact me until after 5pm Friday to tell me they didn't have the 20ft truck that I requested. When I called the number that was in their email. It said the mailbox wasn't setup. It took me an hour and a half on the phone to U-haul to get the paperwork corrected. It had me dropping off the truck in Pennsylvania not 100 miles down the road in Texas. The phone operator implied that I should have filled the request form out correctly. The form i signed off on was correct. Even though I reserved the 20ft truck a week before. They only had a 15ft truck there for me. I had to leave some of my things behind. The truck I picked up ran fine and had no issues.

Everyone was super helpful. The sweet woman who helped me set this up was wonderful. She took the time to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend this location for not only Uhaul rentals, but for vehicle stuff as well. Everyone at this location is exceptional.
