You could actually honor the reservations your customers make. I got notice one hiur before pickup that the moving van I reserved a week prior was not available. We made another reservation for a 20' truck which we also discovered ten minutes later was not available. I wound up driving 60 miles one way to pick up a truck too small for our needs from this location. I would like an explanation why all your other customer's reservations were being honored and mine was not. When peoole move they are generally under a time crunch and rely on the equipment they were promised being available when expected. In any case rest assured I will never use or recommend your company again.

The Gentlemen at this location are All American fellas. I look forward to doing business with them in the future and glad to discover a place, around the corner, I can pick up a trailer for a quick project. Gracias
