Pick up required smart phone app in an area with limited service. No human around to help. 800 number just let me dangle on hold. Finally managed to access lock box and drive away. A 5 minute process took 30 minutes
We did computer check-in for the return and I was pleased with that part of the rental process.
well i asked and paid for a dolly to be on the truck but it wasn't the location looked like it was abandoned with junk spread out everywhere.
I was hoodwinked, never again
Had to look around for someone to help me. Always check for employees in the garage area.
Bascially a garage, but the people were friendly.
Rundown but not too many other choices in area.

It's not the location, it's uhaul all around. Online charges is completely different from in store prices. I don't like the fact that online it said my total cost would be $50.00 but then turned out to be almost a $100.00 a complete rip off
This whole process from A to Z renting a box truck to move a one bedroom apartment 180 miles was painless and very easy due to professional employees that did their jobs AAA+

Nice folks and I do appreciate their assistance, but the location is in very poor repair and somehow they weren't expecting me to pick up the rental at the scheduled time. They did work very hard to get me in the truck as quickly as possible once the issue was discovered, but still, could not in good conscience recommend the location to another customer.
No one was there in the morning, I had two people working for me and we waited 45 mins before someone showed up. This ended up costing me more money because of the wait time.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. However, their computer was AGONIZINGLY slow and it took much longer to get paperwork done than one would expect.

We had a 15 foot U-Haul with a car trailer reserved for 10:00 am on 30 June 2017. We arrived to pick up and it was not available. We finally received the U-Haul trailer around 4:40 pm. Which put us behind schedule and caused hardship for us. Very displeased with our service from U-Haul. I understand that U-Haul is a reputable company. But this was horrible service and coordination for us as your customer. The next time we're in the position to use a moving truck U-Haul will most likely not be our choice.
Unfriendly staff, billed for miles we didn't put on. They drove the uhaul themselves after drop-off and tried to bill us! No confirmation of return until 5 days later. Avoid.
The office for pickup is not clearly marked. Need to explain to the customer how the haul/tow button works. Truck was clean and maintained. I felt safe driving the truck. Employee pulled truck around to the front parking lot for easier pick up.
Charged with no prior notification until email was sent after i was charged extra.
Truck was not clean. Nobody was there when i arrived for my pick up. Took them 30 minutes to arrive. Location was trashed. Looked like a dumpster outside and the truck was not cleaned from the previous use. I was overcharged by about 40 bucks. Would not recommend this location.
The business was an absolute mess inside. Trash everywhere. We had to walk next door to find a employee because when we went inside there wasn't a sole in the place. The door to the place wasn't even locked. We could of walked out with all their computers and equipment and nobody would of ever known. We wouldn't of but still. A mechanic from next door came over to talk to us. He had no idea we had even rented their only truck. He had to call the boss and have her look our rental up on her home computer. He could not print out our rental agreement because we had to give all our credit info to him and he repeated it to her. Very unprofessional if you ask me. He then couldn't find the keys to it. Well he couldn't find them because they were in the unlocked uhaul truck itself. We had a hard time backing the truck up because of all the trash laying all around the building. If we had hit anything it would of damaged the truck or slashed the tire. It was very trashy to say the least. When we got in the uhaul there was pet hair all inside. The floorboard was dirty too. The truck back cabin had a few roaches in it too. They obviously don't treat the trucks for bugs. We will not rent here again.
This location terrible. No help. I am over 70 and hurt my back trying to lift off vehicle. No place to drop off convenient. This location should not be allowed a u-haul franchise. Period.
Operator was very helpful and ready to help resolve problems related to the rental. A true testament in great customer service! Good job Chris you saved the day!
Got there at 8am which was what time the truck was resereved and no one was there, called the number, woke the guy up said he would send someone down, when he got there 25 minutes later he didnt know anything about uhaul rental, the guy took my credit card number over the phone which i didnt like at all, then he was supposed to fax in the paperwork to the store, he only sent a receipt, he said the contract would not print, so then i asked about gas, he said he wouldnt charge me for gas but when we went to check it the truck was dead empty so I had to spend money to get gas, and we didnt check the mileage either. I believe I was overcharged for mileage also. I am very unhaapy about this experience and feel I should be reimbursed the amount for gas spent which i was told i wouldnt have to pay anything for and for the mileage charge due top the extreme inconcenience. Also I reserved a appliance dolly and they didnt have that either. I had to rent it from another location and paid seperately for that. The truck leaked and got some matresses wet that was the biggest issue other than that everything was good
personnel were not on premisis,,, sign said open and noone was there to assist
The whole experience was terrible. From not getting a call to tell me where to pick up my unit to the rudeness I had to deal with by Uhaul customer service reps.

Unprofessional Staff, Filthy location
I id not get what I ordered. No hand truck was even on the order and the safety program I had to pay for, I did not order.

Unfortunately hand truck was not available as ordered online. Adjustment was made overall satisfied customer.
Smaller location, good equipment selection for location. They went over and beyond to make a nice experience. Equipment very new and well maintained. Would do business with again and highly recommend.
We had to wait to be served while the employee ate his lunch...we delayed our lunch. Also, we signed up for an appliance dolly, but the location didn't have one. It was needed for us to load the truck since my wife and I couldn't lift furniture and carry it into and out of the truck without the dolly.. Renting the truck without a dolly would have been a waste of time and money. Fortunately, we we able to get an appliance dolly at another location, where our household goods were stored. It was unfortunate that we couldn't get the truck at that location and had to go out of our way to pick up the truck. The mileage given was not sufficient for us to pick up the truck, drive to our final destination, and return the truck...needless to say we went over our allowance by 4 miles. I've used U-Haul many times in the past and I was real disappointed this time.
It was helpful to have a drop off after hours.
You charged me for two days when I only kept the truck for ten (10) hours. This is WRONG! If I keep it two days, charge me for two days, but do not arbitrarily make that decision for me. WRONG! WRONG!
Everyone was helpful and polite. Rental office parking lot was very small and crowded but truck was pulled into a good position for me to drive it off the lot.
There were closer u-haul pickup locations that would have been more convenient.
The site was rundown, but the help was excellent and knowledgeable.
Instead of closing at lunch with 4 people working there,maybe someone should be there at all times.And there are know times of buisness listed on the sign.
not a thing will not send someone to rent from them
i was told i could not pick up truck till 8:30 because it would have to be checked in. when i got there i was told bryan didn't get in till 9:00. he came in had to check the truck back in before he could assign it to me. I didn't walk out till 9:55 i had hired guys for 9:00 you cost me money to move with u-haul and beleive i have been telling people.
The wiring for the trailer lights were backwards. It caused a safety issue when traveling. The signal lights were reversed!!! I was and still am upset about it.
Did not have the handtruck that was ordered. Disappointed!
