The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the advertised price of $19.95 was a far cry from the final price of $83.

Everett DMake sure the straps on the car dolly are not reversed installed.pervious customer caused a struggle for half a hr to get 1 strap loose off the ratchet part made a good knot.other than that smooth towing.i recomend this location when the conversation about a situation arrives.

Dominique SEverything went good. The lady was very nice and helpful. But at the drop off location y’all sent me that was closer toware I was moving was closed even though their sign and online says open so was confusing on what to do exactly. Had to call different location on how to return vehicle properly.

Rosalva MTrailer was missing an Amber cover for one of the front clearance lights. and this was the second location i went to to pick up the trailer, I had originally reserved one in Freeport TX at Ocean Food Mart and when i arrived the trailer was not there, so i had to call in and find one along the route is was taking. The Huffman location was about 20 miles out of route for me
Ernest YThe air conditioner went out at the Florida line. We had to drive the next 500 miles with no ac. Called into uhaul and they gave the options of stopping where we were and they would send a mechanic, us move items to a new truck or get a credit. We opted for a credit. Dropped off truck let him know what uhaul said. Just received receipt and there is no credit attached. I will be calling uhaul again today.

EDDIE BThe owner was not there and did not answer the phone. I left the trailer a day early but had to go back and take it to another location because no one was at the business for over 24 hours. Poor way to run a business.
Brad SIt took 2 minutes to check in. It's unacceptable for a long time customer. You'll never have my money for sure. That was the last time I rented from Uhaul. All you needed was to add a few lines to your codes: IF customer had 3 reservations AND has been a customer for at least 1 year THEN Automatically approve the customer ELSE Apply manual approval A multi million dollar company cannot figures this out! Shame!

James OThe original drop off are in Crosby texas was an overgrown lot with a uhaul sign. There is NO drop off area that exists in Crosby!! According to google maps there are three locations one is the overgrown lot the second is extremely sketchy with one older truck and a uhaul trailer that is severely damaged. The third spot is non existing. You have to go to Haufman or Atascocita. Please do not refer anyone to Crosby Texas!
RODNEY JOnly has 6 very tight parking spaces to return the rental when they are not there after hours. Four were taken and one was for handicap. This was a tight squeeze fitting it in there.
JOHN MCrystal was very friendly and pleasant. No need for improvement from our perspective. The only reason I didn't give her 5 stars is because we weren't there long enough to judge the whole operation.
kevin RThe online pick up did not work, fortunately Crystal arrived to complete the check out even though the location was Closed on Sunday. A dolly had been reserved but was not available at the pick up location. Crystal was nice enough to get a dolly from a different location and deliver it to my house. A big thank you to her for the extra customer service, not very common these days.

Kevin DI would definitely recommend this location. Crystal is extremely helpful and make the rental process easy. Vehicle rental isn't always pleasant but this was great. I will return here next time I need a rental truck thanks to the service I received from Crystal. She answered immediately each time I called and always had an answer or resolution.
ROBERT SWe were not happy with Uhaul overall due to not having our reservation at the original location. We were rerouted to one location with a truck with bald tires. Then sent across town to another location that had a truck which was road worthy. Our schedule was delayed by a day due to visiting several UHaul locations. Later that day we drove by the original location in where we saw a number of the same trucks in the lot. It was clear Uhaul was trying to keep rentals at this location local. Poor business practice overall.
