I dropped off the truck before 11 am. He took my paperwork and said he’d check It in later. They were busy doing other repair work for their business. I assumed I would get some type of email or notification that the truck was returned and everything was finalized, that the gas was correct, the truck was clean, and that their was no damage. Maybe that does not happen, but it just seems like there should be some type of verification that everything was turned in and final. Thanks. Overall a great experience. I’d definitely rent again

truck had dirty floor which got everything dirty. Information when renting the truck was given by someone other than the main person and was incorrect. Also stated "you are bring truck back to me" no choice. when said one way original person said it would cost the same to bring back or one way, no mention of paying for gas when brought back, just 99cents per mile and a 50 mile given. had to travel 20 mile to pick up and 20 mile to bring back. Cost of renting for 1 day picked up at 10am and brought back @ 9pm and traveled 271miles. $397.67. to move 7 items. This is ridiculous. I learned a lot and won't ever recommend or rent this again

Didn't have the pads and dollies I ordered even though customer service INSISTS they did. I've called for a receipt and can't get one that has the dollar figure on it and this was a government employee move!

I sat with my mom when she reserved this trailer. She paid for the extra insurance as well. when I got to the location he informed me I had to pay $16 extra on top or I would have no insurance. I had no choice as we had to have the trailer no matter what. I looked her contract over yesterday and it seem her total came to $75.90. how can that be for a $30 trailer rental? the equipment was fine as always but I smell something fishy. can you look into this please? Her number is 712-309-1885 she is not one to complain so I will for her. contract number is 24526841. My number is 402-533-8137.

Didn't have enough pads. Truck was a bit dirty. Waited a long time while the person tried to figure out the U-haul reservation system. He eventually had to create an entire new reservation which lost my preferred drop-off site. Had to call U-haul to change.

To listen when customer tells the route the vehicle is going so additional charges are not added when I thought it was paid for the contract!

The guy that processed everything at the counter is very very rude! He upcharged me insurance( the most expensive one they had) even tho I had chosen the lower insurance payment option. I called corporate and they were suppose to reimburse me the difference they said it would go in my account in 48 hrs but it did not. He’s very rude and I will never do business with his location or even U-Haul for that matter.

The tires were weather cracked which caused worry about possible blow-out

Possibly a little more customer appreciation instead of like we were bothering him by renting the truck. Original contract written up as 1/4 tank of gas until the helper told him it was on E. He then grudgingly rewrote the contract.
