Bob was great to deal with at the location. The issue I have is with the amount of emails and texts regarding the rental. Very confusing! MUCH RATHER DEAL WITH A PERSON WHEN CHECKUNG IN AND OUT. Would recommend dealing with Bob to anyone. He was fantastic.
