The app was confusing and I locked the truck and returned the key before realizing I needed to take a bunch of pictures so I sent awkward selfies.

Very good customer service. Friendly, helpful, polite. The reservation I made on the U-Haul website did not get sent to the facility. But he was able to accommodate us right away.
