The gas station employee was only employee and not his fault but the computer process was extremely time consuming and I had already given all info. online on app. So repeating this was very long and pointless. Never will I ever use this service again. Felt bad for store employee.

gail M.I would suggest more attention needs to be put into maintenance on the truck. Maybe they aren't being fully checked out after being returned because the brakes were working and were fine as far as that goes but it was hard to get the parking brake off the first few times, and I believe it may be that someone before me, drove it with the parking brake on too many times for too long, and also maybe the brakes themselves may need to be looked at bc there was also some squealing from the time I got it throughout the whole time I had it. Also, the air/heat was not functioning properly bc wasn't blowing right or where it was supposed to. My husband said it may be that the vent was stopped up or something like that. I'm just saying that I rented the same type of truck as this one right before this one from a different nearby location and it looked like brand new and everything was much cleaner, everything worked and it was just a nicer truck all around, even though I paid the same for a truck with a few issues that wasn't as clean and just not as nice from your location. No auxillary port and one of the outlets didn't work also where as the truck i previously rented from different location I spoke of before, had every outlet functioning air/,heat worked perfect, extra plug ins and auxillary port bc the radios in both trucks picked up all of one station. I just don't think two trucks that are not equal should be the same rate/price unless they are equal as far as functionality and effectiveness goes. I was kind of disappointed but I needed the truck but am hesitant to rent anything from this location again.

If it wasn't for Nick helping me pickup, I probably would not have gotten the truck at all! SHAME on the dispatcher that changed this location pickup/return.

Jodi P.The locks they use on the boxes to retrieve the truck keys are nearly impossible to open. That type of lock is subject to water damaged and they get rusted inside, I know…I have used them for outdoor applications and they go bad quickly. Add to that the lack of space to navigate the lock and it wound up a very Aggravating process. Get a combination lock that is a regular pull down type, they make them!

They met me earlier than their opening hours just to be accommodating and were very helpful with the whole process throughout. By contrast, your website is horrendous. Your software needs to be overhauled.
