This location needs a lesson in customer service. Prior to the truck being dropped off we received a text saying only to ‘fold the packing blankets' to avoid charges. We did that. When the truck was dropped off, no one at Hub Cap Annie came out to inspect the truck and they hardly looked at the paper work. Later in the day I received a substantial charge to my credit card for ‘cleaning and gas' in the UHAUL truck. The truck was in the same condition it was when we received it, gas level and all. There was no notification that my credit card would be charged and more so no communication that I was responsible for cleaning a truck that was dirty when I received it! Richard E.Difficult to navigate the online check in and no one to help, either by phone or chat. We were suppose to get the truck at 11:30 and ended up getting it by 1230 because of “location service being denied by my phoneâ€, then “scanning the front door location not workingâ€, then redirected again back to the loop: sign in, enter customer phone/email/contract number and last name…i am not good with tech but managed my way around. For someone else to do this will be very frustrating. Best thing i did was download the uhaul app then allow location service from there. Sign in and go through with the prompts.

Was set up quickly with a rental truck so I was able to complete my move. Happy with my experience with them!

ROBERT G.We had pretty soaking rain on. Our move. The truck leaked and got some if our items wet. It would have been much worse if our beds had not soaked up most of the water. We called and put in a claim. 2 weeks later they said they tested the truck and it didn't leak. I guess it was all our imagination. While the experience overall was fair, it's just another sad reminder that when you pay big companies up front you have no leg to stand in when there is an issue. Customer service all across the board sucks in this country.

Bob L.I have used U-Haul many times, transporting materials for art shows and moving furniture. I have never had a single problem with scheduling, using trucks that were always clean and in good working order. I will continue to use U-Haul for all my needs for a truck.
