Difficult to navigate the online check in and no one to help, either by phone or chat. We were suppose to get the truck at 11:30 and ended up getting it by 1230 because of â€œlocation service being denied by my phoneâ€, then â€œscanning the front door location not workingâ€, then redirected again back to the loop: sign in, enter customer phone/email/contract number and last nameâ€¦i am not good with tech but managed my way around. For someone else to do this will be very frustrating. Best thing i did was download the uhaul app then allow location service from there. Sign in and go through with the prompts.Gerald E.

I love the staff there. Very informative. The quotes they have up are hysterical. When I send people there, and I do, I tell them to read their wall. It's the funniest thing ever. I never go to any other UHaul. This one is it for me. Thanks for the rental.Rebecca P.

If I could give them 6 stars I would! The people here are great! The one guy Trace is top notch and always on top of everything! The truck was like brand new! Clean inside and out! Even smelled new! Self checkout did not work I went inside to checkout and return get charged a extra day because I did not use self check in. Even after I physically went in office for pickup and delivery. And never used self checkoutJoshua H.
Only issue I had was the vehicle which was an 2009 Ford explorer in great shape could not be used to haul a small trailer. the computer was saying some kind of issue in past with the Ford. Was set up quickly with a rental truck so I was able to complete my move. Happy with my experience with them!louis A.

We had pretty soaking rain on. Our move. The truck leaked and got some if our items wet. It would have been much worse if our beds had not soaked up most of the water. We called and put in a claim. 2 weeks later they said they tested the truck and it didn't leak. I guess it was all our imagination. While the experience overall was fair, it's just another sad reminder that when you pay big companies up front you have no leg to stand in when there is an issue. Customer service all across the board sucks in this country.Scott P.

I have used U-Haul many times, transporting materials for art shows and moving furniture. I have never had a single problem with scheduling, using trucks that were always clean and in good working order. I will continue to use U-Haul for all my needs for a truck.DIANE D.

Truck was loud. Sounded like muffler needed replacement. In addition the automated check in tool was completely inadequate. Tried location specific check-in and errored on three different phones.
