Asked for a paper copy of the charges, did not get one.\ Staff did not come out with me to the truck to check the damages and scatches on the truck. But most important I was charged in Miles not in KM. I was charged $1.11 per miles instead of $.69 per KL. I was charged almost double. Called your call centre and explained the situation. Will have to wait until North Bay site General manager looks at the problem. I can be contacted at 1 705 493 4883 /Thanks

No need to do anything, the equipment is good, the service is good, the location easy to get to. Some locations are busy and leave you hanging on an answering service. It is understandable that people are busy serving others, but the reason people call is to inquire and rent your equipment, I called the third place and finally got service, and good service! The expletives uttered on the first two tries showed me how important an answer from a live person could have been. Overall..., keep it up, you are a needed service. Thank you.

truck and trailer were in bad repair, lights were out, vehicle not clean I had prechecked in and I was still there an hour- crazy. They had no matress bags nor locks for the uhauls for purchase.

Equipment needs more inspection. I just had to restore components on a trailer I rented, and a truck I recently rented was filthy in the cab. But your equipment and rates are very good.

rented a car dolly...while it was in good condition i found that the rampa rattled tremendously causing an annoying extremely loud rattling noise...towed empty for 4 hours until i loaded a vehicle onto it...suggest 2 additional ratchet straps to secure ramps to avoid this noise...and subsequent wear to ramp components

Rented a car dolly..locking mechanism for trailer hook up was broken Mentioned it to cx service agent who didn't even bother to inspect the unit before or after our rental Who is inspecting your units..I guess your company leaves that up to the cx Wont recommend

Excellent experience. I have rented from other truck rental places in the past and had the bunks falling off the walls and wasnt sure the truck would make it back. This truck from uhaul was in excellent condition and I felt at ease that the furniture and truck would make it home safe.

Easy pick up and delivery. Pleasant, helpful staff. The only improvement would be to have at least half a tank of gas to start out. That being said, the gas station was right there and I did get a credit towards fill up.
