The location was hard to find, hidden in an alley. The representative I received the truck from was professional. The truck was the biggest issue. The truck seemed poorly maintained, the steering of the vehicle was extremely difficult. The whole time I had the truck it felt like the steering could brake down at any moment, super scary. And the comfort of the vehicles ride was horrible, every bump, pot hole, or unlevel street felt like a really bad old school roller coaster ride. I will have to think twice before I rent from U-Haul again.

Harry LeagueThe app-based delivery was a fiasco. The pick-up location is the back lot of a home without any indication of a business location. There is no street sign at the corner telling you which street you're on. The app sucks. I rented and paid for a cart and 12 blankets, which were not in the truck. There was no human at the pick-up location. That left me without the blankets we had planned on. I did not get the phone call that was promised the day before the rental. I only found the pick-up location by investigating. I probably drove past a dozen U-Haul locations in Baltimore City to get this truck, and then I paid you for my use of the truck to get it back to my house. All told, delivery of the truck to me was an abomination and in the future I will do anything to avoid using U-Haul again. You should be ashamed of your performance.

Steven SmithWas a little difficult to find the place because there was no obvious signage but The truck was new (only about 2000 miles in it) and operated as expected.
Kelvin smallManager wasn’t there and had to instruct someone else over the phone. Truck cab was dirty, had cigarette ash in the cup holders, and stank from cigarettes. Requested dolly was unavailable at this location which wasn’t made known to me until it was too late and then the manager sent me to the wrong address to pick one up so I never got one.
