The building looked like it was falling apart. The lot was muddy. Had to wait for the one guy who "knew how to unhook trailer" to come back from somewhere. The guy couldn't get it unhooked because he didn't know what he was doing. I unhooked everything and he lifted it off my truck. U-haul called the next day because this location never updated that I'd returned the trailer. Total cluster!
