The Location was perfect , However there was No UHAUL SIGNAGE/ Brand Paraphernalia 2.The Cargo Van was beyond disgusting, I literally had to bring it the CSR- Named J, who was EXTREMELY NICE, however the Cargo Interior appearance was rancid & Filthy. Totally was unacceptable and J agreed, however I needed to move items from my Showroom that was Time Critical FreightSTARRLIN R.

Grand Day! I hope whoever reads this is having a magnificent day. I highly suggest for the vans/trucks to be deeply cleaned and maintained after every use. There was a really strong smell of cigarette and spoiled food. Horizon car rental was a great location, the gentleman that assisted us, Jay was excellent. End the contract of this location so no U-Haul customer has to endure the unprofessionalism that these people bring. They really make the entire company look terrible. I have been using U-Haul for every move since I moved from home but I guarantee that when I move again I will find any company to go to other than U-Haul.Keona B.
