Drop off was a little confusing staff inside was not helpful nor was the call center at u haul. However I kept the managers card from where I picked up my truck he was wonderful through the complete experience and I will seek him out for my next move wonderful person professional good man.

Closely pay attention to the added equipment requested by customers. When reserving the truck, I included the need for a dolly and one was not provided so it made moving just that much harder. Overall, everything else was good.

Jay was very helpful in the rental process!

Have a person explain overview of the truck we rented, he said to us he only had 5 min. then he had to go. We felt that we were getting rushed. He was not friendly at all even when we returned the vehicle a couple hours later.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with U-Haul. Not only did they give me the wrong truck, but the wrong miles were on the app when we tried to pick up the truck, so the app would not allow me to finish the process. We went into the office and they said they couldn’t help us because it’s after hours for the U-Haul. We sat there for an hour trying to figure it out, when we could have been moving. We finally called customer service and they noted the file. When we went to return the truck to the Deland location we originally scheduled, the guy said he could not take the truck. So we had to go to another location in Deland adding even more miles to our truck. After this experience I will never use U-Haul again, the headache and stress we had has been unbearable. I was not able to pick up the truck I reserved at a different location. This was due to the service representative not being present on time for my pick up. I appreciate the U-Haul customer service staff and Mr. N. for making the transition from the previous location to Honest 1 very smooth. Mr. N. was very pleasant and accommodating. The other staff member at Honest 1 was very helpful as well when I returned the truck. It is nice to see the art of customer service is not lost.
