I was over charged $500 because of an error with the recorded mileage. I put 20 miles on the truck but my final bill said I put 400+ miles. I want my money back! Uhaul stole my money.

Do not rent UHauls from this location. Have been using UHaul for more than 30 years and this was the first really bad experience I’ve had.

It took 2 hours for the clerk to give me the keys and she was very unhelpful in explaining why the process took so long.

My pick up was at gas station, which they only had one attendant. The person working there told me that she normally does handle the paperwork but she will do her best. It took 35 minutes for her to complete the paperwork while waiting on customers. Not her fault. Make the wait time calling customer service less than a fifteen minute wait.

Small gas station parking lot. They were very friendly but not much space

This is not the pick up location we requested...two others would have been closer. There was no U-Haul rep on duty when we picked it up and the station attendant was. Or able to help us. Blankets were left on the truck we did not request, there was no dolly which we did request, and I ordeeed a 10 foot truck and it was 15 feet.

We have used U-Haul numerous times over the years and never had a bad experience. However, this past rental was the worst. The truck we had reserved was not ready and we had to wait at least 30 minutes to correct a mistake from the previous client. That would not have been so bad had the agent at the Shell Station not been extremely rude. He was completely unhelpful and very hard to communicate with. The experience put a very bad taste in our mouth about ever using U-Haul again. I rarely complain about bad service but this was not good and felt you should know about this employee.

Trash, Julio was the rep I was supposed to deal with. Instead I dealt with him via a shell station employees cell phone. He didn't provide moving pads which were requested and changed the type of rental originally selected. Will be the last time using Uhaul especially now with all the other great moving companies out there.

Customer service with employees for rental service, extremely terrible

Attendant asked me to move the truck after I had already parked it. I wasn’t comfortable parking it where he suggested. Handed me keys anyway. He was quick about the turn in however.

Employees did not know how to check rentals out, or in. I was given a reservation for 1 location then the night before I was told I had to go to another location which cost me an extra 6 miles total, and to add insult to injury I look I my bank account today only to realize I have been charged twice for the same rental. I'm currently on hold now for over 20 minutes trying to get in touch with a uhaul representative to resolve this transition issue, but I've been on hold for 29 minutes with no one even taking my call

Truck cab had trash under the seats and cup holders had what appeared to be loose cigarette tobacco all over. Personnel was very nice and helpful at this location though.

My U-haul was covered in glass. I had to spend an hour sweepin for out and making sure fragments did not damage my property. The dolly I requested was incorrect and I did not receive furniture pads. It was a very poor experience moving.

We had ordered an appliance dolly and it was not on the truck. We had to go to another location to pick it up. I was told I would not be charged, but we still had to pay. Other than that, it was fine.

Upon receiving my rental pickup location, I called to confirm that I would be picking it up at 12:30pm. The owner informed me that he was leaving at noon and that the person he left in charge wasn't knowledgeable of the system so she would be writing down my credit card info and leaving it in the store until Monday when he returned to work. I told him that o wasn't comfortable with that and I called The local U Haul main office. The office rep agreed that leaving my credit card info written down was incorrect and he gave me the corporate office number and said they would be able to assist her once I got there. After arriving and waiting inside the gas station for 30 minutes while she called 2 different people to help her process my transaction, I signed papers acknowledging the gas and mileage and then leave. Once my husband returned the van, he asked if there was anything else that we needed and he was told no. I called the gas station and spoke with a different employee and I asked him for my receipt and he told me to come back on Monday. I told him that I couldn't come back on Monday, he said "well ma'am, come on Tuesday" and he hung up on me. Overall, I was very displeased with this location and their terrible service. I will never rent from u Haul again and I will never give that gas station my service for ANYTHING! This is the worst experience that I have had in a long time.
