Improve your computerized scheduling software. Very helpful location manager at Joliet home furniture location. However I was still charged the wrong amount.
Wayne WNothing. This was a last minute vehicle breakdown, and they had exactly what I needed, and had it there and ready to go on the spot. They were very accommodating - I definitely would recommend them.

RANDY RThe Buhler location was wonderful. BUT I don’t understand if I called South Hitchinson’s U-haul, because they were the closest to me, why did I have to drive 30 miles round trip out of my way to get the uhaul? It was delivered to Buhler the day before why not go ahead and deliver it to S. hutch where I wanted to pick it up. Poor planning on u-hauls part. Extra expense for coustomer. Allso since I picked it up at Buhler I had to then go 30 more Miles (round trip) out of my way to drop it off. 60 miles total!!! I will never allow this to happen again. I even gave you 4 days in advance to figure it out. The Buhler U-haul was wonderful, nice people,. I have no complaint with them.
