Well when I arrived to drop off equipment I had to wait 30-45 minutes for someone to accept the equipment. I understand family emergency's but there is always the option to inform people by a note or have someone take over till your return

The buisness was supposed to open at 8am. The guy didn't show up until 8:30. There was no buisness information on the doors to contact anyone, so we had to wait on hold with customer service to find out what was going on. We had a deadline to meet and this did not help at all!! I was very disappointed. In addition, when he did show up and I walked into his facility it was disgusting and not professional at all. He had crap everywhere, which did not pertain to U Haul and was very dirty. When we returned the trailer the guy wasn't there again. He had mentioned he may not be and to call him when we return it, but I believe someone should be there. My mother just recently went through the same buisness and had similar issues as well. I am very disappointed and will never go back to that location ever again.
