Ernest SWhen I rented my truck it came with a dolly and blankets attached to thre truck on the chance that I might need them. Usually you have to select those when reserving. I understand the forethought of the gesture. However, I had my own dolly and wouldn't need the affixed one, which only served to take up space I could have used. Just a thought.

eddie hI was nervous about doing a pick up with the in person office closed, but it was ridiculously easy. Seriously. Stupid easy. At the drop off I was going to do the same but one of the owners came out and took over and couldn’t have been more kind. I chatted in the office with her and she gave me info on the storage units which are wayyyy cheaper than what I’m paying elsewhere. Definitely the most pleasant uhaul experience I’ve ever had, and sadly I’ve moved a ton. Definitely recommend!!

stephanie tOne thing that absolutely needs to be fixed is the trailer did not have tail lights. The break lights and signals worked but not the actual tail lights. It happened to be a snow storm when we moved and the trailer was very hard to see. Otherwise, everything else was great!

Kevin MTook almost an hour to sign in for reservation as their computer and phone service was very slow. They ended up calling the order in which I feel like they should have done in the first place instead of making me stand and wait for their computer system to work.

Josh MI think I got a royal shaft I called to reserve a trailer Friday and Saturday and they put me through. The one in Mason instead of the U-Haul place 2 miles from me they told me I'd have to get it Tuesday because it was going to be closed Wednesday through Wednesday because of the holiday they told me that they wouldn't take the money out of my account till I brought the trailer back which they did not they took it out immediately and then I took it back for days early because I is able to borrow one I never even used it it said in my driveway for the 3 days but like I said I was told that I had to pick it up on Tuesday if I wanted it for Friday and Saturday because they was going to be closed I think you need to get your phone system changed around with all the U-Haul places in Lansing is sent me to one that is 15 miles away I don't think it is right that I didn't get a refund for the 4 days and as far as I'm concerned that gal with the ring in her nose don't have very good customer skills I am thoroughly pissed about it
