Th Ihaul app is really poor. Instead of completing pickup and return through the app, one needs to go to website to complete, then what's the point of having an app?

Brian WMy experience was not pleasant. Mostly U-Haul company issues. First, confirmed then changed my pickup further away. Mobile processing of checking in and out is awful and time consuming. Checking out was the worst! Was told since location was changed I would have a cheaper milage rate, yet it was even higher than quoted. As for Van, interior windows were dirty making more difficult to see. Most likely will not use your service in the future.

Guy FI was never advised that I could arrange topick up the truck on-line. The customer service rep was not knowledgeable. The agent at the location told me to go thru the app, which was difficult to navigate. The customer service rep had no answers. Eventually the agent at the location did assist me, but had issues as well. Returning was much easier. Very unhappy that we wasted well over an hour at pickup. I spoke with someone to confirm the reservation and uploaded my DL but had no idea we could use the app to get the keys. Very disappointing
