I had to wait 45 minutes before I got my truck and I had a reservation.

I ordered a dolly and it wasn't in the truck when I arrived. I did self check-out so there is nothing I could do to obtain it. Obviously, this changed the whole course of the day and it's unacceptable.

The trailer was broom clean but was filthy with dirt. My stuff got yucky dirt on it. Very nice guy. Out if the way location.

Pickup location was not the original pickup point that was listed online for my order. Uhaul called the night before with this North Philadelphia location. I was not happy that I had to drive 6 miles from Roxborough into unsafe Philadelphia area to pick up my uhaul. Then it took forever to gather my information which should have been already done when I reserved the trailer. Needed 3 peoples names and phone numbers which was ridiculous. Was quoted $92 and the charged $112. Taxes and fees should be included in the quote not a surprise when charged!

I arrived at the place at 8 AM because I was told I could pickup the truck via phone at that time. Apparently I could not and had to wait until 9 when the store opens. The store is in a rough part of the city and I felt extremely uncomfortable standing there. The employee arrived 15 minutes late at 9:15 to a line of 6 people. I was first in line since I had been there so long. When I went to pull out, I noticed that the lower driver side mirror was cracked. I told the employee and he brushed it off, maybe not understanding what I was saying. I then had to wait 25 minutes to call uhaul directly to be assured I could leave with this broken mirror - again an incredibly uncomfortable experience. By the time I got back it was close to 10 and my movers had been waiting an hour. Overall I would rate the entire process a 1/10.

Karim and his staff were prompt. No waiting and service was over and beyond. .Very proud of their work ethic. Adjustment and c orrections were made to my rental which made me very happy . I will definitely recommend using this location.

Continue with providing service like I received at this location at ALL other locations. Truck was impeccable! Very nurturing and accommodating staff. Well above all other locations I have ever dealt with in the past 10-15 years.
