They had 3 auto transport's if which none of them had been entered back into the system hench I couldn't rent one. Employee didn't know how to do so she had to call someone. Took 40 mins to get the trailer. 2nd time I've rented from here both times had bad experience. Will not rent from here again!

The gentleman that helped me in Ellijay was an actual employee of u-haul he was very helpful he actually went to another area to get the car hauler for me. We both walked around and looked it over the only thing we saw was one of the tires looked older than the other 3 and low and behold it was the one that blew out on us at exit 403 in Gainesville Florida our exit was 399 so we had to offload the car at 5am to lessen the weight so we could pull it on to our destination. Overall I would use them again a blowout is something you can't help I've had this happen with new tires before.

My rental only included one day, when the last time I rented the U-Haul it was 2 days for the same price. So I end up being charged for an extra day, also they only gave me 103 miles, it was 101.8 Miles, just from my home in Fairburn Georgia, to our home in Ellijay Georgia. Not including the seven miles I had to drive back to my home, with the U-haul, after pick up. And the eight miles, to take the U-Haul back, to Holt Mini Storage. Including getting fuel. So I was charged an extra $66, that I was not expecting to have to pay.

I reserved a U-Haul two times. The first time U-Haul cancelled my reservation and said if I didn't cancel it call customer service. I called customer service only to sit on hold for 20 minutes with no answer. I again made another reservation and the night before the customer service agent said they didn't have the availability at the location I reserved. So I had to drive 35 miles out of the way To pick up a truck. The agent stated she would add 40 miles to my reservation to cover but did not add that many miles and I wound up having to pay more. It wasn't much more but it was a headache renting from U-Haul. This location was not at fault. It was U-Haul in itself.

Two phone calls to customer, on hold for 10-12 minutes each time, got tired of waiting and hung up. Called 5 other Uhaul facilities and NO ONE could tell me what size ball for the hitch.

Truck was in terrible mechanical shape! I reported the front end was in great need of maintenance - alignment, balance, new tires, possibly front end parts. Truck shook & bounced fiercely due to these issues. In addition, the "check engine" light came on immediately after I drove truck off the lot!

The online check in does not work. So when calling Uhaul the only answer we got is "I understand we will make a note on your record". In tines of Covid19, technology needs to work, not pretend you are taking measures to protect people.

Paperwork said tank was 7/8 full, and where it was parked (unlevel) that is what it said on the gas gauge too. Upon leaving the parking lot and the truck leveling out on the road it was found to have only about a 1/4 tank. Not impressed with that at all. Cost to fill tank on return even at the gas prices with this Covid thing? Over $10 and the truck was only driven 15 miles. A bit upset about that so someone needs to start reading the guages BEFORE the truck is parked on that incline.

They didn't fucking do the rents correctly and I got charged $150 for late fees when I had a fucking 3 day rental and turned it in the day after I rented it (1 day total). This company is shit and I will never use U-Haul again!

Upon arrival to rent a 10' truck, the clerk on duty processed the necessary information for the contract and then went and brought the truck up by the front door. We conducted an inspection of the condition of the truck to make sure everything was okay. We discovered that the tire pressure warning light indicated there was a problem with one of the tires - but the clerk said the truck had just been checked over by the district supervisor on Friday and everything was fine and that it was probably just a light malfunction. I requested a tire gauge to check the tire pressures. The back tires each had 80 lbs while the front tires each had over 100 lbs (front tire cold pressures shown on side of tires called for 80 lbs.). I told the clerk I would not accept the truck due to the tire pressure uncertainties. He called the district supervisor who claimed the truck was fine and that the tire pressures were okay. The supervisor then informed the clerk to give me another truck and that he would make the necessary adjustments to the paperwork in the system. The truck I was given to replace the original rental was acceptable - it was clean and operated without any problems, although it did not have 3/4 of a tank of gas as the contract had called for. Prior to returning the truck on 12/3, I refueled the truck with enough gas to fill it to 3/4 of a tank. Overall, if circumstances dictated that I rent another truck in the greater Ellijay area, I would probably rent another UHaul truck from this location as they had a good assortment of equipment on hand.

I received a text from uHaul at 4 AM saying I needed to return the unit by 5 AM although I rented the unit for 24 hours and still have 14 more hours left until 6PM. I was not happy to be woken up by this text at 4 AM.

Sales person was very nice and friendly but not have the proper training to be left alone dealing with uhaul because this was a gas station _which also was her responsibility to handle customers for uhaul and the station so it took me from 6 PM til 835 just to rent a trailer and had to hook and get everything myself which was frustrating because my contractor and I had a schedule to uphold which now became a issue and additional time delay

After 2 other locations cancelling or getting rid of the truck I reserved, I frantically came here to pick up a truck the night I was moving. The man that assisted me was the nicest of the 3 i had dealt with so far. It took a while to get everything set up because of technical difficulties, but he called support and his boss to make sure everything was squared away. He was very helpful and nice throughout the whole process.
