Reserved 6x12 enclosed trailer, several weeks in advance. Order Number 72827153. Disregarding my reservation there was no trailer available! I had no other choice but to rent a 15' Box truck. The difference; instead of $29.95. it cost me $198.- and $58.- in gas ! No make good of any sum was offered by U-haul I have been frequent renter of U-haul trailers for many years. Unfortunately, the in the last year or so the above described experience happens more often than not! The general attitude of U-Haul employees are; You must have advance reservations to rent a trailer. If you don't make one, you cannot get a Trailer! If you make the reservation, you need to be lucky to get one! Well since trailer are in such great demand would it not be common sense by U-Haul company to make sure they are available? Unless the purpose is to force people to spend a 7-10 times more by having to rent trucks! What a sorry approach to conduct business by a reputable company.

This location was appalling. Dirty, unorganized, so small that you can't even hook up to their trailers and the “helper†didn't speak English. I felt very unsafe and hesitant on my rental as a whole when I arrived.

The rental truck was in tiptop shape very very clean… I use this U-Haul company every weekend for my business and Derrick makes sure that everything goes smooth as it always does! He is amazing and always on top of everything if it wasn't for him I probably would not be using this place as other U-Haul companies I've used in the past have been horrible experiences - this location is is highly recommended

The parking lot is very small, which makes it hard to pick up and return rentals. The auto transport we rented had a slow air leak in 1 tire. The Uhaul location did not have an air pump. We had to go to a gas station to air it up. It was low again when we turned the trailer back in.

debra C.2828 Hollywood Blvd was a great experience. My original location was 2900 Griffin Rd. Did my request on line. Though the application said the pick up was at 1:30 pm, the application was not completed until 1:45 pm. I arrived at 2:03pm business closed. Called the proprietor he advised tuff, call customer service.
